The Associate Multimedia Designer performs basic to routine multimedia, design and audio/visual duties used in the planning, creation and animation of adult education, explanation, and marketing materials; participates in creating artwork and creative print, as well as web and digital media such as brochures, fliers, posters, illustrations, animation, videos, and websites. The position performs technical audio-visual duties which include participating in the development, production, and editing of a variety of videos used for communicating, training, and recruitment branding. The Associate Multimedia Designer provides support to higher-level media staff and performs related duties within the area of assignment.</p><p>
The Associate Multimedia Designer level is used for training purposes, and incumbents will be expected to gradually perform a broader range of duties with increasing responsibility and independence as experience is gained. An Associate Multimedia Designer is expected to qualify for advancement to Multimedia Designer by the end of a twelve (12) month probationary period.
