Position Summary

The Storytelling &amp; Content Lead plays a central role in capturing and translating the work of the Social Justice Learning Institute (SJLI) into compelling narratives that elevate community voice, youth leadership, health in the built environment and the organization&rsquo;s impact. Working closely with program teams, youth participants, and community partners, the Storytelling &amp; Content Lead identifies meaningful moments across SJLI&rsquo;s initiatives and develops authentic stories that illustrate the organization&rsquo;s mission and impact. This role is responsible for producing written and multimedia content that supports organizational storytelling, communications campaigns, and public engagement. 
The Storytelling &amp; Content Lead regularly attends SJLI programs, events, and community activations to document the organization&rsquo;s work in real time through interviews, photography, video capture, and narrative development. These stories become the foundation for communications campaigns, digital storytelling, reports, newsletters, and other public-facing materials. 
This role works closely with the Digital Communications &amp; Design Lead to translate captured stories into visually engaging and platform-ready content. Together, they ensure that SJLI&rsquo;s communications remain dynamic, authentic, and rooted in the voices of the communities the organization serves.

Key Responsibilities 
Field-Based Storytelling &amp; Content Capture

<li>Attend SJLI programs, events, youth gatherings, and all community activations to document the organization&rsquo;s work and capture impactful moments.</li>

This position plays a key role in shaping the school&rsquo;s visual storytelling. A major responsibility includes producing photography for the biannual Boston University Medicine Magazine, including cover images and feature stories. <div>Position Summary 
TCT is seeking a creative and inspired Content Creator to serve as the powerhouse of our marketing team. This individual will be both a hands-on designer and a compelling storyteller - combining visual artistry with powerful written and video content that reflects the TCT mission and amplifies our digital presence across all media platforms. The Content Creator will develop, edit, and publish multimedia content for TCT&rsquo;s flagship programming and digital subchannels (TCT Today, TCT Women/Bloom, TCT Kids, Worship, and others). This role will bring legacy materials to life in modern digital formats - creating short-form videos, devotionals, carousels, and other social storytelling pieces that align with TCT&rsquo;s voice and mission - while also developing original, forward-looking content designed to reach new audiences and expand TCT&rsquo;s digital impact. 
Key Responsibilities

<li>Design, produce, and edit multimedia content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, email, and SMS.</li>
<li>Repurpose existing broadcast and legacy content into short-form, high-impact digital pieces that reflect modern viewing trends.</li>
<li>Write engaging copy including captions, devotionals, short articles, and video scripts that align with the TCT brand and values.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Marketing Director and Social Media Strategist to execute content calendars and creative campaigns.</li>
<li>Ensure consistent visual and editorial identity across all digital and print materials.</li>
<li>Capture live production, behind-the-scenes content, interviews, and event footage for real-time use across platforms.</li>
<li>Stay current on trends in Christian media, digital storytelling, and platform engagement.</li></ul> 


Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Communications, Marketing, Design, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).</li>
<li>3+ years of experience in content creation, digital design, or video editing.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and DaVinci Resolve (or similar tools).</li>
<li>Strong copywriting and editing skills, with a demonstrated ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.</li>
<li>Portfolio showcasing multimedia design, writing, and video work.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li>

<div>Acadian Ambulance Companies' Public Relations department is seeking an experienced, self-driven Communications Specialist who will assist with developing, coordinating, and executing Acadian's internal and external communications and engagement efforts. The specialist will work closely with the department's graphic designers, copywriters, multimedia specialists, and other communications specialists.

The selected candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree and bring 2-5 years of experience in a communications role. The candidate should show a strong background in journalism or multimedia content creation. A significant portion of experience (e.g., 2+ years) should be focused onbroadcast/print/multimedia/digital journalism, public affairs, or multimedia storytelling.

Core Functions:</h3>
<ul><li>Content Creation
<ul><li>The Specialist will proactively identify, research, and produce compelling written and video stories to effectively communicate company narratives. This person must have an instinct for finding the kernel of a compelling story and the skills to independently shape and deliver it&mdash;from concept to completion.</li>
<li>The ideal candidate will be a brand journalist &mdash; a natural storyteller who can craft both technical and emotionally resonant stories.</li>
<li>In addition, the Specialist will write press releases and other copy as assigned.</li>
</ul></li><li>Intranet:
<ul><li>The Specialist will serve as the department's liaison with our third-party intranet vendor, overseeing updates, managing content, and troubleshooting issues. The Specialist shall be proficient in analyzing site traffic and user experience to continuously improve design, layout, and content.</li>
</ul></li><li>Internal (Employee) Engagement:
<ul><li>The Specialist will become a subject matter expert on all of the company's internal messaging platforms, including (but not limited to) the intranet, digital video boards, social media, email, and texting platforms. The Specialist will develop and implement messaging and content designed to meet the company's employee communications and engagement objectives.</li>
</ul></li><li>External Engagement:
<ul><li>The Specialist will be responsible for distributing content to the media and the public and developing relationships with media outlets in our service area to maximize exposure for generated content.</li>

<ul><li>The specialist will be the department's liaison with our third-party website vendor to ensure our sites are updated and functioning properly.</li>
</ul></li><li>Social Media:
<ul><li>Working with the team, the Specialist will support the development of post content for the company's various social media platforms.</li>
