<div>The Munitions Element Supervisor is responsible for the management, supervision and training of personnel assigned to the Element. The Munitions Sr. Technician is a first-line supervisor of production and, as such, is the technical advisor to the Section Supervisor and Munitions Superintendent. Operates Theater Integrated Combat Munitions Systems (TICMS) and MC2. Depending on the explosive operation, may participate as part of the work force, provided safety and technical standards are not compromised. Ensures compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Amentum ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS).
Principal Accountabilities<ul>
<li>
Observes and enforces all USAF and host nation explosives safety, AFOSH and security standards during explosives and non-explosives operations of the element and Munitions Department.</li>
<li>Takes necessary control and ensures timely response actions during emergencies.</li>
<li>Evaluates production and equipment performance to identify deficient areas and initiate corrective action.</li>
<li>Evaluates skills, aptitudes and proficiency of assigned personnel to develop work center training requirements and ensure effective relevant training programs are instituted.</li>
<li>Analyzes munitions production for compliance in accordance with established quality processes, identifying potential problems and recommending problem solving solutions.</li>
<li>Ensures availability and currency of current publications to meet work center needs.</li>
<li>Supervises assigned Munitions workforce, providing clear instructions and direction about production efforts.</li>
<li>Manages the reconditioning/repair program for munitions containers.</li>
<li>Enforces timely actions to identify explosive assets failing Storage Monitoring Inspections to ensure the consistent identification and marking with the appropriate DD Form 1500-series tag.</li>
<li>Manages munitions storage actions according to the stringent explosives standards, conducting warehouse inventories and correction of any discrepancies.</li>
<li>Coordinates with Munitions Accountability Section to resolve any serviceability and accountability issues noted during warehouse and shipping operations.</li>
<li>Participates in the planning, management and preparation of munitions shipments (air, land, sea).</li>
<li>Oversees the upload/download of trucks with incoming and outgoing munitions shipments.</li>
<li>Enforces compliance of supply discipline IAW with AFI 23-101 and Amentum SOPs for bench/operating stocks.</li>
<li>Supervises the management of tool storage, CTKs and special equipment for compliance actions.</li>
<li>Operates TICMS as applicable to the Element's processes.</li>
<li>Maintains shelf-life items (lubricants, paint, etc.) to include availability of SDS for assets.</li>
<li>Advises Section Supervisor of job status/delays, difficulties with vehicle, equipment or personnel shortfalls.</li>
<li>Ensures visual inspections are performed on lightning protection and static ground systems for storage locations.</li>
<li>Ensures all forklift operators complete power industrial training and certification according to standard.</li>
<li>If qualified, uploads/downloads trucks with incoming and outgoing munitions shipments and transports them to/from flightline holding areas, along with transporting munitions to support daily operations within the department.</li>
<li>Enforces operators' pre-use and maintenance actions on light vehicles, hoists and handling equipment.</li>
<li>Performs entry-controller duties as required.</li>
<li>Works necessary hours, to include stand-by duties, to support mission requirements.</li>
<li>May be appointed as the Section Chief during absences of the incumbent.</li>
<li>Performs required actions in TICMS utilizing the &quot;Receiver&quot; role.</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li>
<li>Works in normal office and maintenance shop or warehouse environment and may be required to work outdoors for extended periods.</li>

Minimum Requirements<ul>

Must have intermediate knowledge of the USAF Supply, TMO, Munitions and Tech Order systems or US service equivalent.</li>
<li>Must be proficient in the use of personal computers and Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office to include as a minimum Power Point, Excel and Word programs.</li>
<li>May be required to operate material handling equipment.</li>
<li>Must possess a valid home country driver's license and ability to obtain host nation driver's license.</li>
<li>High School diploma or equivalent required.</li>
<li>Must have a minimum seven years of experience with Military Munitions.</li>
<li>Must have a minimum five years of combined supervisory experience in USAF munitions activities and MMHE or US service equivalent.</li>
<li>Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain Secret Clearance.</li>

Munitions Element Supervisor

<div>The Munitions Inspection Element Supervisor is identified as a highly experienced Supervisor capable and responsible for the effective management of the assigned Element in accordance with established safety, technical, operational accountability standards and PWS contractual requirements. This position is the technical expert and advisor for the USAF Munitions Surveillance Program (MSP). Operates Theater Integrated Combat Munitions System (TICMS). Also performs surveillance inspections of munitions to determine and identify serviceability, potential hazards and possible deterioration. Principal Accountabilities<ul>

Munitions Inspection Element Supervisor

Munitions Foreman

<div>The Equipment Operator/Truck Driver receives, stores and transports USAF Munitions and inspects all assigned Munitions Material Handling Equipment (MMHE) for serviceability standards to include documentation and compliance of all Company, USAF and Host Nation Operating requirement. Ensures compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Amentum ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS).
Principal Accountabilities<ul>
<li>
Consistently observes and enforces all USAF and host nation explosives safety, AFOSH and security standards during all explosives and non-explosives operations in assigned sites and temporary duty locations.</li>
<li>In the event of an emergency, takes necessary control and timely response actions.</li>
<li>Conducts all munitions work according to established quality processes, identifying potential problems and recommending solutions.</li>
<li>Performs munitions storage actions according to the stringent explosives' standards.</li>
<li>Prepares and configures munitions shipments for air, sea and surface transportation.</li>
<li>Uploads/downloads trucks with incoming and outgoing munitions shipments and transports them to/from flightline holding areas, along with transporting munitions to support daily operations within the department.</li>
<li>Assists in inspecting munitions in accordance with 11A-1-10 and applicable technical orders.</li>
<li>Assists in inspecting munitions brass, residue and containers in accordance with 11A-1-60.</li>
<li>Inspects, operates and performs preventative maintenance on MMHE such as tractors, trailers, container handles, forklifts and all other equipment as directed by Munitions Supervision.</li>
<li>Inspects and operates metal strapping equipment, stencil machines, heat sealers, pneumatic paint guns, air compressors and power tools.</li>
<li>Cleans vehicles, equipment and facilities.</li>
<li>Prepares and delivers general and explosives safety briefings pertaining to all MMHE.</li>
<li>Performs entry-controller duties as required.</li>
<li>Works necessary hours, to include stand-by duties, to support mission requirements during peacetime and combat contingencies.</li>
<li>Escort and inspect serviceability of Sub-Contractor Vehicles and Equipment in support of Munitions Movements.</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li>
<li>Works in maintenance shop or warehouse environment and may be required to work outdoors for extended periods.</li>

Minimum Requirements<ul>
<li>
Must have basic knowledge of or be able to learn the USAF Supply and Tech Order systems.</li>
<li>Must have basic knowledge in the use of personal computers and Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office to include as a minimum Excel and Word programs.</li>
<li>Must possess extensive knowledge of properly securing flatbed trailer loads and material handling equipment operations.</li>
<li>Must possess a valid home country driver's license and ability to obtain host nation driver's license to include Tractor, Trailer, Forklift and Container Handlers of all types.</li>
<li>Must possess a current USDOT Class A commercial driver's license or Host Nation equivalent.</li>
<li>CDL endorsement may be required as Company, USAF and Host Nation requirements change.</li>
<li>High School diploma or equivalent required.</li>
<li>Must have four years' experience in Heavy Equipment Operations.</li>
<li>Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance. US Citizenship is required to obtain Secret Clearance.</li>
<li>Will be required to wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) according to prescribed procedures and as required for task being performed.</li>
<li>Physically capable of performing all required duties; capable of lifting/pushing/pulling minimum of 50 lbs. and performing extensive work handling/lifting equipment.</li>
<li>Ability to travel domestically and internationally.</li>
<li>Must have normal color perception and depth of vision.</li>

Equipment Operator/Truck Driver

<div>The Munitions Inspector receives, stores, inspects, tests, transports and maintains U.S. Air Force (USAF) Munitions, Munitions Material Handling Equipment (MMHE) and supporting resources as applicable to the Site. Operates Theater Integrated Combat Munitions Systems (TICMS) and MC2. Ensures compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Amentum ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS).
Principal Accountabilities<ul>

<li>Inspects and operates electronic test equipment, metal strapping equipment, stencil machines, heat sealers, pneumatic paint guns, air compressors and power tools.</li>
<li>Inspects and performs minor maintenance on facilities and installed equipment. Cleans vehicles, equipment and facilities.</li>
<li>Prepares and delivers general and explosives safety briefings for all explosives operations.</li>
