Overview of the role

We are looking for a UAE National Central Sales Support Executive with fluent English-speaking skills with some experience in customer service and administration role.

This is a full-time permanent role located in Abu Dhabi.

This role sits at the heart of sales operations, ensuring seamless coordination, accurate documentation, and efficient stock management across locations. 


What You Will Do
<ul>
<li>Manage end-to-end sales documentation and system updates from booking through to vehicle delivery, including SAP entries, deal packs, insurance, finance, and registration documents</li>
<li>Ensure 100% accuracy and completion of all sales documentation, enabling smooth cross-checking with internal departments</li>
<li>Coordinate tagging, de-tagging, and unit swaps to meet branch and customer requirements</li>
<li>Support the availability, preparation, and tracking of demo, display, Goshi, and marketing units</li>
<li>Monitor and manage aged stock, customer-tagged units, and vehicle movement to meet SLA commitments</li>
<li>Prepare and maintain key weekly and monthly reports, including demo, PDI, conversion, and de-fleeting reports</li>
<li>Support day-to-day sales operations through effective coordination with Sales, Finance, Insurance, and Operations teams</li></ul>

Role Overview:We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented sales professional to lead our national sales function. This role requires someone who can take ownership of business growth across regions, build strong distributor partnerships, and develop high-performing regional teams. The position will play a key role in expanding the company&rsquo;s footprint across Pakistan and strengthening its presence in both traditional and emerging channels.The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced and growth-focused environment, with a strong understanding of the food, dairy, bakery, or FMCG sector.Reporting:The role will report directly to the CEO / Managing Director and will work closely with cross-functional teams including supply chain, finance, marketing, and operations.Direct reports will include Regional Sales Managers responsible for key territories.Key Responsibilities:Sales Planning and ExecutionDevelop and implement annual and quarterly sales plans in line with company growth targets. Translate these plans into clear and achievable targets for each region and ensure alignment across the sales organization.Drive execution on the ground and maintain strong focus on both volume and profitability.Regional Leadership and PerformanceLead and support Regional Sales Managers to deliver business results. Set clear expectations and create accountability for regional performance, distributor development, and market coverage.Conduct regular business reviews, provide coaching, and ensure timely corrective actions where required.Distribution and Market ExpansionStrengthen the existing distributor network and identify opportunities to expand into new markets, especially in tier 2 and tier 3 cities.Ensure distributors are commercially viable and aligned with company goals. Improve route-to-market efficiency and retail visibility.Customer and Channel DevelopmentDrive growth across all key channels including traditional trade, modern retail, food service, and institutional customers.Build long-term relationships with key customers and identify opportunities to grow share of business. Support development of new channels and strategic partnerships.Team Development and CultureBuild a strong, performance-driven culture within the sales organization. Support hiring, training, and development of talent.Focus on improving productivity, engagement, and retention of high-performing sales teams.Profitability and Trade InvestmentsEnsure growth is delivered in a sustainable and profitable manner. Monitor pricing, discounts, and trade investments.Work closely with finance to improve margins, manage trade spend, and strengthen credit discipline.Market Intelligence and InsightsStay close to the market. Track competitor activities, pricing, and customer trends. Use insights to shape strategy and drive proactive decision-making.Sales Processes and SystemsSupport adoption of digital tools, reporting systems, and ERP-driven processes. Improve forecasting, reporting quality, and overall sales discipline.Promote data-based decision-making across the sales team.Cross-functional CoordinationWork closely with supply chain and production to ensure product availability and improve demand planning.  Position Summary:
 
 
 
 The National Sales Director (NSD) will be responsible for leading and inspiring the sales team to meet and exceed all sales goals and financial targets. This includes developing highly effective sales strategies and delivering on critical sales execution metrics that consistently drive success.
 
 
 This individual will collaborate closely with the VP of Sales &amp; Marketing to align plans, target opportunities, and messaging. Will also work closely with cross-functional team (Business Analytics, Strategic Partnerships and Advocacy, Hub Operations, Field Reimbursement, Medical Affairs, and Market Access) stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution with annual brand planning, product messaging, and Managed Care contracting pull-through opportunities. They will also work closely with Training, Human Resources, and Compliance to help design programs that elevate the field leadership and selling competencies of our sales organization. The successful candidate will possess outstanding communication skills that provide clarity on field expectations and direction that reinforces our culture of accountability. Finally, this individual will be responsible for key customer and healthcare professional interactions across the nation to reinforce our priority on patient and customer focus.
 
 
 
 Principal Responsibilities:

 Lead and inspire a sales team to consistently meet or exceed year-over year sales targets by driving successful field execution against key metrics

 Create and communicate a clear and motivational Sales team vision consistent with our overall Commercial and Corporate strategy

 Outstanding leadership skills that create and reinforce a culture of high performance, reward and recognition, individual development, transparency, and accountability

 Lead the sales strategic planning process as it relates to the overall Commercial strategy and Brand Planning process that reinforces a customer and patient-centered approach

 Partner with Training and Human Resources to establish a high-performing sales team with outstanding field leaders who are focused on continued development of our employees to reach their full potential

 <li>
 Partner closely with Business Analytics to design and create motivational Incentive Compensation plans that reward high performance and drive desired behaviors. In addition, partner with Business Analytics to create sales data reports, review territory alignment changes, create call plans and customer targeting, assess the company car program, and other operational initiatives that impact the sales organization

 Proactively identifies and leads key customer relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, health systems, or large physician group partnership opportunities
 </li>
 <li>
 Consistently reviews the performance of existing Sales representatives and new hires to identify recruiting elevation opportunities that accelerate time to sales impact
 </li>
 <li>
 Partners with Human Resources to assess talent including position calibration, management development opportunities, and succession planning for career growth
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for strategic planning, priorities, and focus of the National and Regional Sales meetings
 </li>

 Serve as the Sales lead for any potential future partnerships
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead our sales team in an ethical manner consistent with all industry and healthcare laws and policies

 Education and Experience Qualifications:
 
 
 
 <ul>

 BA/BS with minimum of 15 years of related commercial/pharmaceutical sales and marketing experience, MS/MBA with 12 years related experience, or an equivalent combination of training and related experience
 </li>
 <li>
 5+ Years of Sales Director experience in the Pharmaceutical industry with an excellent track record of performance success relative to the nation
 </li>
 <li>
 3+ years of District Management experience in pharmaceutical sales
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical market landscape, including regulatory considerations, market access, and reimbursement dynamics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and customers.
