LOCATION: We are seeking a candidate to cover the territory located in Northern California/Northern Nevada.
Compensation is a base salary of $55,000 - $70,000 plus monthly sales commissions.
PURPOSE AND MISSION:<ul><li>
The Trade Sales Representative is responsible for the sales and profitability of the company's products and to deliver exceptional service and support to customers within an assigned regional geographical territory.</li><li>

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
</h2><ul><li>Generate new and repeat sales of assigned customers and/or territories by providing product and technical information in a timely manner.</li><li>
Increases sales of existing products at acceptable levels of profit to new customers within the paint and hardware distribution channel.</li><li>
Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions.</li><li>
Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications.</li><li>
Present price, credit and terms in accordance with standard procedures and customers profitability profiles.</li><li>
Knows, understands and abides by company rules, policies and procedures.</li><li>
Sets realistic goals, along with a plan to attain those goals, both individually and within established geographical area/territory</li><li>
Sets specific new business goals by region, identify key prospects and successfully closes new business opportunities on a regular basis.</li><li>

QUALIFICATIONS and REQUIREMENTS
