 Ensure that every new addition or network element (e.g., OLT, FDH, Feeder route, switch, DWDM) is tested in accordance with approved Provisional Acceptance Testing (PAT) documents and prescribed procedures.

 Analyze customer complaints and provide actionable suggestions to relevant teams to improve fault rectification times, prevent fault reoccurrence, and reduce customer churn.
