About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Engineer (Bridges &amp; Highway Structures O&amp;M) to join our team in Doha, Qatar on a long-term project managing the Strategic Highways Structures in the country.

Qualifications

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in civil or Structural Engineering.</li><li>
Project Management qualification and experience</li><li>
Proven experience in Operations and Maintenance contracts of bridges and other highway structures.</li><li>
Proven experience of multidisciplinary liaison, project delivery and client engagement.</li><li>
Knowledge in bridge asset management, condition assessment methodologies, and lifecycle planning.</li><li>
Knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management solutions (preferably MAXIMO) and Bridge Management Systems (preferably BMS).</li><li>
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and develop programs for preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and capital improvement schemes.</li><li>
