We are continuously looking to add experience and expertise while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.</p><p>Currently we are seeking Excavator Operators/ Working Foremen (Superintendents) to lead crews on installation of sewer lines in new construction subdivisions across the upstate.</p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><p>&middot; Supervise 4-5 person sewer crew<br/>&middot; Verify daily job material quantities<br/>&middot; Operate 30-50 ton excavator to excavate, backfill, and compact trenches<br/>&middot; Specify and maintain trench shielding and shoring for each task<br/>&middot; Coach and assist crew members as necessary for training and troubleshooting<br/>&middot; Test all installs after completion</p><p>Pay dependent on experience.</p><p><b>Requirements</b></p><p>&middot; Be able to understand drawings to determine grade and elevation<br/>&middot; Have experience locating and soft digging underground utilities<br/>&middot; Perform equipment pre-start inspections, lubrication, and basic maintenance<br/>&middot; Familiar with soil compaction and compaction equipment<br/>&middot; Minimum 3 years of experience operating 20+ ton excavators<br/>&middot; Certified Competent Person for Trench Safety and Confines Spaces<br/>&middot; Coach crew members and new hires as needed<br/>&middot; Though not labor positions, must be able to lift 50+ Lbs. and assist in pipe laying operations and troubleshooting<br/>&middot; Must have a clean 7yr driving record and be able to drive company vehicles</p><p>All hires must pass E-Verify, and Drug screen.</p><p><b>Positions We Are Currently Hiring For:</b><br/>&middot; Pipe Layer<br/>&middot; Wheel Loader Operators<br/>&middot; Excavator Operators<br/>&middot; Sewer Tester/Inspector<br/>&middot; Water Service (Tap) Installer<br/>&middot; Concrete Finisher<br/>&middot; CDL Drivers, Class A or B<br/>&middot; Sewer and/or Water Foremen or Superintendent</p><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: From $23.50 per hour</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul><p>Experience:</p><ul><li>Wheel loader: 2 years (Required)</li><li>trench shielding/shoring: 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>excavator operating: 2 years (Required)</li><li>sewer laying: 2 years (Required)</li></ul><p>License/Certification:</p><ul><li>Driver's License (Required)</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>
