 Senior Producer, Video Editorial
 
 is a newsroom leader with deep expertise in digital video, breaking news, and visual storytelling. This role focuses on providing senior editorial oversight on scripts, edits, headlines, and packaging to ensure content is engaging, accurate, and aligned with CNN&rsquo;s digital strategy, while also stepping in directly on coverage, production, and editing when needed during high-priority or breaking news moments.

You'll cover major breaking news, explain complex stories with clarity and urgency, and develop original formats that stand out across platforms.  Qualifications &amp; Experience

 8+ years of digital news experience in a national or major media environment.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Strong news judgment with the ability to identify compelling angles, prioritize coverage, and lead breaking news execution under pressure.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Deep understanding of digital video storytelling, including visuals, pacing and headlines.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Proven experience developing editorial video formats optimized for digital, mobile, streaming, and social platforms.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced newsroom, managing multiple priorities and rapidly shifting editorial demands.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Leadership experience managing production teams, mentoring producers/APs, and guiding projects from concept to delivery.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Expert level shooting, editing and post production skills, with advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Strong collaborator with experience working across editorial, programming, product, and talent teams.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Proven ability to work with high profile talent and manage relationships with key stakeholders.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery&rsquo;s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $75,950.00 - $141,051.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
