SUMMARY OF POSITION:We are seeking a highly motivated Videographer to collaborate with the entire communications office to conceptualize and execute creative video products to be used across various media platforms for members of the caucus.The ideal candidate is a creative, proactive individual with well-developed critical thinking skills who can both plan ahead and solve problems as they arise, sometimes unexpectedly. Job Description/Summary:

Alaska's News Source is looking for a full-time Photojournalist/Video Editor who is responsible for shooting and editing video and sound for news broadcasts, streaming platforms, and online. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience as a news videographer and editor, a positive attitude, and be able to work in a high-paced news environment where multitasking and daily changes are the norm. You must be able to work independently and with other staff members to conduct interviews, respond to breaking news, and deliver live shots under tight daily deadlines. This shift is Wed-Sun. 2:30 p.m.-10:30 p.m.

Duties/Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
