What You'll Do:</b>
</p><ul><li>Provide customer service to all visitors and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a government facility setting.</li>
<li>Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with site representatives and/or local first responders as needed.</li>
<li>Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of terminals, access points, parking areas, and perimeter spaces to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.</li>
<li>Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and credentialed access points, verifying authorization as required and documenting unusual activity per post orders.</li>
<li>Complete routine reports and shift documentation, including incident logs and patrol activity records, and communicate relevant updates to Allied Universal leadership and/or site contacts.</li></ul><p><b>
Minimum Requirements:</b>
</p><ul><li>Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.</li>
<li>Have customer service experience, preferred.</li>
<li>Have a guard card and/or license, preferred.</li>
<li>Be able to lift more than 20 lbs, preferred.</li>
<li>Be at least 20 years of age for unarmed roles; 22+ years of age for armed roles.</li>
<li>Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.</li>
<li>Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.</li>
<li>As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.</li>
