Other duties may be assigned.<ul><li>Maintain the security of cash, credit card transactions, and guest information.</li><li>Accurately process all cash and credit card transactions in accordance with front office</li><li>Balance the computer system posting against the department balances and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy.</li><li>Complete daily auditing, balancing, and closing procedures accurately and efficiently.</li><li>Run all audit reports. Complete reporting requirements including daily report.</li><li>Accurately manage cash drawer and credit card system.</li><li>Managing front desk activity and handling guest check-ins and check-outs in a courteous and pleasant manner.</li><li>Maintain guest confidentiality at all times.</li><li>Use proper telephone and reservation etiquette including describing the hotel, proper rate quotation and capturing reservations.</li><li>Communicate pertinent shift information to the next shift and direct supervisor.</li><li>Work in a safe and conscientious manner.</li><li>Adhere to all safety policies and security procedures, including but not limited to securing doors during appropriate hours.</li><li>Maintaining current federal and state regulatory training is required.</li></ul>Benefits: We believe in taking care of our team! <div>The Night Auditor is responsible for conducting all nightly audit-related duties and providing guest services at the hotel's front desk. Responsibilities include balancing duties, managing daily paperwork, and preparing shift reports. In addition to these tasks, the Night Auditor will cater to guest needs, including check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and addressing any guest inquiries.

<li>Works closely with all hotel departments to ensure the highest quality of customer service.</li>
<li>Answers inquiries about hotel services; registration of guests; and shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions. Explains in-room and hotel features.</li>
<li>Responsible for completing all required shift paperwork, and night audit reports daily.</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned by management.</li>
