<p>Serco is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic junior level program analyst capable of understanding technical details across a wide variety of disciplines to join our Maritime Engineering Operation (MEO). This candidate will assist in determining the updated requirements for standardized documents that govern shipbuilding and write critical requirements into appropriate contractual language for Ship Specifications. The MEO team leverages its corporate knowledge to conceive, design, construct, support and evaluate high-performance maritime systems for a variety of customers. You will be part of a dynamic multi-disciplinary team that works closely with the customer and other Serco teams in an integrated design environment to deliver high quality designs to schedule.</p>
<p><b>In this role, you will:</b></p>
<ul><li>Research, compile, and maintain historical U.S. Navy specifications, standards, policies, and supporting technical documentation.</li>
<li>Update, consolidate, and prepare NAVSEA specifications and standards in accordance with NAVSEAINST 4120.24A requirements.</li>
<li>Review technical documentation for completeness, consistency, formatting, and compliance with established NAVSEA standards and procedures.</li>
<li>Coordinate Standards Review Board (SRB) activities, including document routing, stakeholder coordination, comment collection, and resolution tracking.</li>
<li>Collect, organize, maintain, and track technical comments, revisions, approvals, and supporting documentation throughout the document lifecycle.</li>
<li>Assist Technical Warrant Holders (TWHs) in documenting and organizing requirements in a clear, concise, and standardized format for review and approval.</li>
<li>Maintain technical document repositories, databases, and knowledge management systems to ensure accurate and accessible records.</li>
<li>Monitor document status, approval progress, and workflow metrics within automated Navy systems and prepare status updates for management review.</li>
<li>Verify documentation packages are complete and supporting forms are properly prepared prior to submission through the approval process.</li>
<li>Coordinate with TWHs, engineers, program personnel, and stakeholders to facilitate document updates, reviews, approvals, and publication activities.</li></ul><br>
<p></p><p><b>To be successful in this role, you will have:</b></p>

<li>An Active or current DoD Secret security clearance</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a related discipline.
