This role is primarily focused on delivering high-quality post-acute and long-term care within SNF settings.This position offers flexibility in scheduling (full-time or part-time depending on candidate availability) and opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding physician-led organization.This role may serve patients in Houston, TX.
