The NRM Pricing &amp; PPA Associate Manager will play a critical role within Haleon&rsquo;s Net Revenue Management organization by leading cross‑functional Price Pack Architecture (PPA) workstreams from strategy intake through insight development and solution delivery.
This role is responsible for orchestrating the end‑to‑end PPA process, ensuring that cross‑functional stakeholders (Brand, Finance, Sales, Insights, Supply Chain) bring forward their best data, strategic inputs, and perspectives&mdash;and translating those inputs into clear, actionable PPA solutions grounded in consumer insights and business objectives.
This position requires a strong blend of analytical acumen, business judgment, and facilitation leadership, with responsibility for driving alignment, summarizing decisions, influencing outcomes, and managing vendor execution to deliver high‑quality conjoint and PPA outputs.
Price Pack Architecture (PPA) Leadership<ul><li>
Own and lead the cross‑functional PPA process, guiding stakeholders through key phases including objective setting, strategy alignment, analysis, and solution development.</li><li>
Partner with Brand teams to ensure brand strategy, portfolio priorities, and growth objectives are clearly articulated and effectively embedded into PPA design.</li><li>
Translate strategic inputs into clear PPA hypotheses, pricing ladders, size roles, and consumer value tiers.</li><li>
Help shape the final PPA recommendation by integrating analytical findings with brand, financial, and commercial considerations.</li></ul>
Cross‑Functional Facilitation &amp; Influence<ul><li>
Lead PPA working sessions and decision forums, ensuring productive discussion, clear direction, and timely decision‑making.</li><li>
Proactively drive stakeholder alignment across NRM, Brand, Finance, Sales, Insights, and Supply Chain.</li><li>
Synthesize complex discussions into clear insights, trade‑offs, and implications.</li><li>
Document and recap key insights, decisions, risks, and next steps, ensuring clear communication and accountability across teams.</li><li>
Act as a thought partner and influencer, helping guide the team toward scalable, executable PPA solutions.</li></ul>
Analytics &amp; Insight Translation<ul><li>
Leverage pricing, elasticity, and pack performance analysis to inform PPA recommendations, not just report results.</li><li>
Connect conjoint and analytical outputs to real business questions (portfolio rationalization, size roles, pricing guardrails).</li><li>
Pressure‑test outputs to ensure consumer realism, brand consistency, and financial viability.</li><li>
Translate data into clear, executive‑ready insights and implications.</li></ul>
Vendor &amp; Execution Management<ul><li>
Serve as the primary NRM point of contact for external PPA/conjoint vendors.</li><li>
Manage inputs, assumptions, and stimuli development, ensuring accuracy and alignment with agreed objectives.</li><li>
Coordinate timelines, data handoffs, revisions, and feedback loops with internal teams and vendors.</li><li>
Ensure clear, consistent communication to all stakeholders on changes to scope, inputs, or outputs.</li><li>
Own quality control across vendor deliverables to ensure outputs are decision‑ready.</li></ul>
NRM Capability &amp; Process Advancement<ul><li>
Help standardize PPA ways of working, templates, and best practices.</li><li>
Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, clarity, and cross‑functional engagement.</li><li>
Support broader NRM initiatives by sharing learnings and elevating PPA effectiveness over time.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">

Basic Qualifications:</h2>
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field.</li><li>
2+ years of experience in CPG, NRM, pricing, insights, or related analytical roles.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional initiatives and influence without direct authority.</li><li>
Strong analytical foundation with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.</li><li>
Excellent facilitation, communication, and synthesis skills.</li><li>
Highly organized with strong ownership mindset; able to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams simultaneously.</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Net Revenue Management or trade investment processes.</li><li>
Familiarity with syndicated data sources (IRI, Nielsen), ERP systems, or pricing tools.</li><li>
Experience with statistical modeling, elasticity, or demand forecasting.</li><li>
Exposure to pricing, promotion, or assortment analytics.</li><li>
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.</li><li>
Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and helping teams move from insight to action.</li></ul>
The Salary Range for this role is $105,372 - 144,887 USD + bonus

<div>Position Purpose:
Night Replenishment Managers (NRM) are members of the store leadership team and oversees freight handling activities. NRMs supervise the freight unload, pack out, and pack down processes. NRMs communicate priorities, ensure nightly tasks are completed, and freight is moving smoothly throughout the store. This position will be expected to teach, coach, and train associates on The Home Depot policies and procedures and ensure all associates are working in a safe manner all the time. At times, NRMs may be the only Manager available and will be expected to make business and associate decisions in partnership with appropriate resources and following SOPs. NRMs will provide input to Store Manager and Assistant Store Managers on Associates performance through the ongoing performance management and talent planning discussions. Although the NRM does not have direct reports, they will participate in the selection process as needed. Each associate has the responsibility of providing a safe working environment by following all safety policies &amp; standards, completing specified safety training, immediately correcting hazards &amp; unsafe conditions and working safely as to not endanger themselves, co-workers, vendors, or customers. 
 
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
25% - People - Provide in the moment coaching based on observations and behavior. Partners with Night Operations ASMs regarding formal performance conversations and discipline. Recognizes associates for demonstrating expectations. Use recognition tools (BRAVO / Homer) to highlight associates demonstrating values-based behaviors and productivity. Conduct quality walks of recently completed tasks. Walk off-shelf merchandising locations; ensure areas are set according to MAP or regional direction. Ensure associates have completed training requirements of position. Give input to Night Operations ASM on associate performance and participate in talent planning for all hourly associates. Assist SM and Night Operations ASM with associate interview and hiring process. Approve and address missed punches, variances, schedule changes, receive &quot;call outs&quot; and communicate with Night Operations ASM and SM regarding follow-up actions. Communicate and ensure associates adhere to store standards. Adhere to all Company policies and procedures and holds associates accountable for the same.</li><li>
25% - Replenishment - Partner with Night Operations ASM to determine responsibilities to drive efficiencies and overnight productivity. Direct supervision of the Consistent Unload, Directed Packout, and Purge Pack down processes. Execute Quality Walks to ensure associates are completing the Packout process correctly. Ensure all trucks and trailers are received and unloaded timely and efficiently. Ensure all freight is packed out or placed in overhead quickly and efficiently. Ensure that all trash is cleaned up and the store is Grand Opening ready at the end of the shift. Prioritize and communicate messages and tasks to all associates and leaders in store.</li><li>
25% - Safety - Ensure associates follow all safety and hazmat procedures and Safety Matters guidelines at all times. Complete specified safety training courses applicable to role and follow all prevention policies and procedures. Use Proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and guide associates on proper use. Utilize proper lifting techniques and educate store associates on these practices. Obey the required safe distances around Lift Equipment and guide other associates on the correct policies. Adhere to work rules identified in Standard Operating Procedures and inform store associates on these rules. Immediately correct unsafe conditions and offer assistance to customers who are shopping in an unsafe manner; ensure that aisles and flooring surfaces are safe. Ensure associates complete all store checklist in accordance with timing expectations. Provide input to associates, verify issue correction, and preventative action in put in place. Recognize store associates for safe behavior.</li><li>
25% - Shared Manager On Duty - Perform Closing and MOD tasking as well as other whole store focus responsibilities. Conduct hand-off walk with the prior MOD before their shift ends; identify areas for focus or follow-up. Validate daily store priorities with ASMs and SMs. Ensure associates complete all store checklists in accordance with timing expectations. Provide input to associates, verify issue correction, and preventative action is put in place. Make sure all equipment and machines are functioning properly. Review current and upcoming events and ads to determine if any action is required; partner with appropriate DS or ASM as required.</li></ul>
