Independent Contractor (1099), part-time opportunity through OpenLoop

Location &amp; Schedule: Remote (United States). This role offers a flexible schedule: completing up to 15 hours per week of synchronous (live) patient consultations and daily asynchronous tasks completed at your convenience. To ensure patient coverage, a minimum of 10 hours of live consultations are required every other weekend (Friday - Sunday).

In this role, you'll make an impact by:

Providing Compassionate, High-Quality Synchronous Care (~15 hours a week)

<li>Leading comprehensive initial assessments for those seeking preventative or HIV care, including but not limited to: history taking, risk assessment, and psychosocial evaluations</li>

<li>Maintaining accurate, detailed patient records in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, using a wide variety of virtual tools to chart, prescribe, and connect with patients</li>

We need someone who has:

<li>A Master's degree in Nursing and Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner diploma</li>
<li>Active Nurse Practitioner licenses in at least 10 states</li>
<li>2+ years of experience in primary care</li>
<li>Experience providing virtual healthcare</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills and empathetic care delivery</li>
<li>Experience working in HIV Prevention and/or with the LGBTQ2AI+ community</li>
<li>Daily availability for asynchronous patient care tasks (lab reviews, prescribing, follow-ups), plus 15 hours weekly for scheduled shifts, including live consultations. Task volume may vary based on state licensure and patient needs</li>
