Ultimately, the Nurse Clinic Supervisor ensures that the clinic operates efficiently while upholding the highest standards of nursing practice and patient satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>
Current and valid LPN license in the Virginia.</li><li>
Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in an outpatient or clinic setting.</li><li>
At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in a healthcare environment.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of nursing practices, healthcare regulations, and patient care standards.</li></ul><p><b>
Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or equivalent.</li><li>
Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare informatics.</li><li>
