Qualifications:

Job Requirements:</div><ul><li>
Current and valid RN license in Texas.</li><li>
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).</li><li>
Enrolled in Masters of Nursing (MSN) program.</li><li>
Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of recent clinical experience in acute care nursing.</li><li>
BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.</li><li>
Advanced Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 30 days of hire.</li></ul><div>
Preferred Job Requirements:</div><ul><li>
Experience in staff education, clinical instruction, or professional development.</li><li>
Certification in Nursing Professional Development (NPD-BC) or Clinical Education</li></ul></div>
