Job descriptionYou will be responsible to establish, manage and monitor nutritional &amp; diet standardsto help others make healthy food choices in their everyday lifeKey Responsibilities:Responsible to plan menus based on established guidelinesCreate menus for new meal plans and customize old ones based on different needsGuide Unit Manager / Supervisor in food selection, preparation &amp; menu planning, based upon nutritional needs like low calorie, high protein, gluten free, etc.Responsible to evaluate and monitor all aspects of food service operation, make recommendations that will provide nutritionally adequate, quality food.Ensure that menus and department policies conform to nutritional standards and are as per establishment regulations and procedures. Reviews clients diet information and discuss the same with Chefs &amp; Line Manager.Responsible to develop menu patterns.
