Food Preparation &amp; Cooking<ul><li>Prepare and cook daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner items according to Power Diet&rsquo;s recipes and portion guidelines.</li><li>Ensure all meals meet nutritional targets for calories, protein, fats, and carbohydrates.</li><li>Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.</li></ul>2. Menu &amp; Recipe Management<ul><li>Collaborate with the nutritionist/management team to develop new healthy dishes.</li><li>Maintain updated recipe sheets with measurements, portion sizes, and cooking methods.</li><li>Suggest ingredient substitutions for better nutrition or cost efficiency.</li></ul>3. Quality &amp; Hygiene<ul><li>Follow strict food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).</li><li>Store ingredients properly to maintain freshness.</li><li>Check quality of raw materials and report any issues to the manager.</li></ul>4. Kitchen Operations<ul><li>Oversee prep schedules to ensure timely delivery of meals.</li><li>Manage inventory and report shortages.</li><li>Reduce food wastage through effective portion control and storage management.</li></ul>5.
