 The Clinic Nurse assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and standards of professional nursing practice. This encompasses primary care prevention and chronic disease management including self-management support and coordination of care. The RN is responsible for providing daily direction to non-provider clinical staff. Work with the healthcare team to identify appropriate utilization of resources.
 
 
 
 Minimum Qualifications
 
 
 
 Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required. BSN preferred.
 
 
 Professional Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current RN licensure in the State of Washington required. Current Health Care Provider CPR certification required. ACLS certification required.
 
 
 Experience: Prefer a minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience in an ambulatory setting or inpatient experience in med-surg. OB-GYN experience also preferred.

The NP works in collaboration with OB/GYN physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic services. Perform well-woman exams, Pap smears, and routine gynecologic screenings. 
 
Manage common gynecologic concerns such as infections, menstrual disorders, contraception, and menopause. 
 
Provide prenatal and postnatal care in collaboration with supervising physicians. 
 
Conduct initial obstetric assessments, order and interpret prenatal labs and imaging. 
 
Educate patients on birth control options, family planning, pregnancy, and postpartum care. 
 
Assist in managing chronic conditions affecting reproductive health (e.g., PCOS, endometriosis). 
 
Support patients with infertility evaluations and treatment coordination. 
 
Provide urgent evaluations for early pregnancy complications or gynecologic emergencies. 
 
Participate in patient education and counseling, including lifestyle, nutrition, and wellness. 
 
Document all care in the electronic health record accurately and timely. 
 
Maintain clinical practice within scope of licensure and in compliance with organizational policies. 
 
This position also provides on-call coverage outside of regularly scheduled hours. 
 
Qualifications
