The <b>Occupational Health and Safety Specialist (OHS) </b>play a key role in supporting employee health, safety, and performance across multiple worksites. You will provide OSHA-compliant first aid, early discomfort intervention, ergonomic assessments, and injury-prevention coaching to help employees improve body mechanics, reduce musculoskeletal strain, and optimize safe movement patterns on the job. This is a hands-on, proactive, and relationship-driven role focused on keeping industrial athletes and working athletes safe, healthy, and productive.</p><p>
This role is ideal for professionals with backgrounds in industrial medicine, athletic training, industrial sports medicine, ergonomics, occupational health, physical therapy, or exercise science. You&rsquo;ll work directly with employees to help them optimize body mechanics, build physical resilience, and reduce the risk of work-related injuries through hands-on guidance and observation.</p><p><b>
