Bedashing Beauty Lounge is looking for Receptionist!Join our team as a Receptionist and be part of a dynamic, trendsetting brand that celebrates beauty, excellence, and customer care.Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk Operations:<ul><li>Greet clients and inform technicians of their arrival and treatments.</li><li>Maintain accurate branch communication and documentation.</li><li>Manage cash, handle sales, and follow daily closing procedures.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service both in-person and over the phone.</li><li>Follow all front desk SOPs and maintain reception area standards.</li></ul>Booking &amp; System Management:<ul><li>Schedule, confirm, and follow up on client appointments.</li><li>Ensure accurate treatment and client records in the system.</li><li>Manage therapists' schedules, leaves, and lunch breaks.</li><li>Stay updated on pricing, promotions, and apply money handling SOPs.</li></ul>Client &amp; Team Interaction:<ul><li>Handle client inquiries, complaints, and follow-up professionally.</li><li>Promote services and products effectively.</li><li>Support the Branch Manager with admin tasks.</li><li>Contribute to a positive team environment and maintain branch ambience.</li></ul>Profile Requirements1. Skills:<ul><li>Strong passion for customer service</li><li>Excellent English communication skills</li><li>Great time management and multi-tasking ability</li><li>Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and POS systems</li><li>Professional grooming and positive attitude</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure</li></ul>2.
