The program assistant is the administrative liaison for a multi-faceted program under the direct supervision of the clinic office manager and serves as primary contact and resource to program staff, individuals served, and visitors for administrative information and technical assistance. Responds to questions, requests, or needs based on specific knowledge of the program and its operations.</p><br>

The program assistant is responsible for overseeing patient flow and ensuring the clinic&rsquo;s administrative needs are being met. Resolves routine administrative problems independently and registers new individuals during open access in a timely manner, check-in and check-out clients for their appointments, schedules hospital discharge appointments, and answer telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Verifies authorization, treatment plans, connects orders for service, consent, and eligibility for future appointments.</p><br>

This position will maintain databases, logs, and other records of routine information. Responds to requests for information and maintains an organized and accessible filing system and follows confidentiality regulations regarding maintenance and release of file information.</p><br>

<div><p><b>Position Purpose: </b>The Assistant Produce Team Lead will be responsible for executing a wide variety of tasks throughout the store. Focusing on leading a successful produce team, the Asst. Produce Team Lead is a Produce Team Lead in training who strives to meet department goals and objectives while providing customers with product expertise and the freshest and best quality produce.<br>
</p><p></p><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p><b>Responsibilities: </b>An Asst. Produce Team Lead is a responsible, friendly person who can safely work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
</p><p><i>An Asst. Produce Team Lead&rsquo;s responsibilities include:
</i></p><ul><li>In the produce manager's absence, directing produce department personnel and meeting department's goals and objectives.
</li><li>Communicating directly with the store team lead and produce department supervisors.
</li><li>Ordering produce and produce department products necessary to maintain adequate stock levels and merchandising fruits, vegetables and produce products in accordance with produce merchandising standards.
</li><li>Unloading trailers, receiving merchandise verifying orders, breaking down produce loads, positioning cases of product in the produce warehouse or walk-in cooler.
</li><li>Understanding proper product trimming, rotation, culling, crisping and watering techniques and procedures, ensuring product attractiveness and shelf life.
</li><li>Building attractive displays of produce, while maintaining proper product inventory levels.
</li><li>Understanding the importance of monitoring product pricing, signage, and placement and the proper use of product shelf tags and signage.
</li><li>All other related duties as assigned.
