</b></p><p>The Clinical Assistant (CA) is managed by the Patient Care Manager. CA person is under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. The Clinical Assistant participates in providing total direct patient care in a team approach, and must have the ability to work therapeutically in a community of emotionally and/or chemically dependent patients. Primary responsibilities include: providing basic patient care and procedures, observing patients and maintaining patient safety, assisting patients with activities of daily living (both physical and emotional), obtaining, recording, and reporting vital signs to appropriate staff members, and meeting team objectives. Ability to operate office equipment which may include word processors, computer terminals or other automated equipment</div>

Ability to schedule and prioritize workflow</div>

</div><div></div><div><b>EDUCATION AND TRAINING:</b></div>

General Experience: Two (2) years of direct face-to-face customer service experience.</div>

</div><div></div><div><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b></div>
<div>
Two (2) years of medical clinic office experience scheduling medical appointments and procedures</div>
<div>
Experience working with EPIC</div>
<div>
Experience working in a surgery and/or urology office practice setting</div>

Surgical scheduling</div>

</div><div></div><div><b>SCHEDULE:</b> Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am and 5:00 pm; 60-minute unpaid meal break. May be required to travel to offsite locations.</div>
