A Day in the Life of a Office Support Representative</div><div></div><div> 
As the Liberty Military Housing Office Support Representative, you will be answering phones and taking messages. You be responsible of administrative tasks including filing, shredding, organizing, and creating move in packets and gifts are a few examples of duties essential in this role. You need an effective customer service skill and the ability to work efficiently and effectively and deliver on our mission of providing exemplary service in accordance with Liberty Military Housing&rsquo;s quality customer satisfaction standards.</div><ul><li>
Administrative tasks including filing, shredding, organizing, and creating move in packets and gifts.</li><li>
Performs various administrative and computer tasks, email communications, input of information/data into various software and information systems (Payscan, Yardi, and other company-related systems).</li><li>
Composing and distributing of correspondence / notices (3 day, move out charges, renewals other important resident notices that pertain to maintenance services, etc.).</li><li>
May participate in property walks / inspections (grounds, common areas, parking lots, community rooms, make-readies, quality control, etc.) to ensure community is well maintained according to LMH&rsquo;s quality standards.</li><li>
Participate in and attend various department or regional meetings, resident or community events, seminars, and other work-related events.</li><li>
Responsible for responding to and managing resident complaints and/or service issues and may coordinate with appropriate staff to address and resolve resident concerns.</li><li>
Follow-up with residents who have requested work-order/services or expressed issues/concerns with the community.</li><li>
Works in conjunction with maintenance team to ensure service requests are assigned and scheduled appropriately and completed in a timely manner.</li><li>
Responsible for resident follow up to ensure services rendered have been completed according to LMH standards and meet resident&rsquo;s satisfaction.</li><li>
Promotes positive resident relations by answering the phone professionally, conducting yourself to LMH standards, and respond on a timely basis to ensure resident satisfaction.</li><li>
Participate in and attend various department or regional meetings, resident or community events, seminars, and other work-related events.</li><li>
Complies with all OSHA safety regulations, local applicable laws regarding health, safety or environment, Fair Housing and LMH Standard Operating Procedures and Policies.</li></ul>

Job Duties

To provide administrative support to the CCAP Referral Unit by reviewing intake information and applying established criteria to determine appropriate information is routed to the correct CCAP Referral Specialist. Assist with coordination of new intakes and transfers within CCAP. Conducts regular maintenance of the Referral Unit waitlist database, maintenance of the referral unit&rsquo;s various directories, provide phone coverage. Performs other duties as assigned. This position is responsible for taking prepared drafts of minutes during various meetings.

Minimum Qualifications

Experience providing administrative support in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment, including reviewing and processing intake or case‑related information using established criteria. Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in data entry and database inquiry operations, along with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite&mdash;particularly Excel and Word. Experience coordinating workflows, managing waitlists or tracking systems, and maintaining directories or unit records is required. Candidates must be able to take accurate notes or minutes from prepared drafts during meetings and provide effective phone and customer service support. Strong decision‑making skills, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities are essential.

Working knowledge of the criminal justice system, community corrections practices, or related human services environments.
