The position of Business Services Representative will execute EKCEP&rsquo;s Business Services Model and WIOA<br>
policies. This position facilitates communication between EKCEP Business Services Director, workforce partners and<br>
employers as it pertains to Business Services projects, services and activities. The BSR (Business Service<br>
Representative) works to assist employers with their needs as it pertains to recruitment of new employees and/or<br>
retention. The BSR will work with community leaders, economic development, regional business service team<br>
members and market employer services in their applicable areas.</p><div>

Work Environment<br>
This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such<br>
as computers, phones, copiers, and filing cabinets. Required to spend numerous hours outside of the office in<br>
various settings such as outdoor areas, schools, adult education centers, unemployment offices, various businesses,<br>
etc.</p><p>

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work<br>
This is a full-time position. The position is 40 hours per week, Normally Monday &ndash; Friday, 8:00 am &ndash; 4:30 pm. Some<br>
weekend work is mandatory due to events being held in the community.</p><p>
Travel<br>
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out of area may be expected as well as some<br>
overnight travel for training purposes.</p><p>
Required Education and Experience<br>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or previous experience in workforce development or related field</p><p>
Preferred Education and Experience<br>
Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Business, or a related area, with<br>
supporting and appropriate work experience is preferred. Related work experience may be substituted for required<br>
education on a two to one ratio (two years of related work experience to one year of education.)</p><p>

 At the Greencastle Office, the full team consists of an Community Office Manager who oversees a cluster of offices - Greencastle and Marion, Assistant Community Office Manager, Senior Financial Services Representative, Relationship Banker and 2 other full-time FSRs beyond this position. The Greencastle team will also work closely with the Marion team on an ongoing basis.

Bank Teller

<div><p>F&amp;M Trust is looking to hire a Financial Services Representative (FSR) to service current and new customers of the bank. This individual will provide exceptional customer service while performing a wide array of transactions for our customers. Additionally, this individual will recommend bank products and services that will be of benefit to our customers. If not knowing bank products and services scares you, don't worry, we'll train you on product knowledge. And do you know what is even more exciting? After completing your initial training period, you'll advance your career in banking by gaining even more knowledge and skills that will enable to you open accounts for customers. This full-time financial services representative will work approximately 40 hours per week and receive a competitive wage and comprehensive benefits package. Incentives paid out for referring a customer to a product they don't currently have with the bank.</p><p><b>
