 What are we looking for?
 
 
 
 
 Education
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Master&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Other engineering disciplines may also be considered
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Experience
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 5-10 years in Installation Engineering, including:
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Offshore operations follow-up
 </li>
 <li>
 Offshore and yard-based project experience
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 </ul>
 
 Language/s
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proficient in English
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Software &amp; Codes / Standard
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong experience in offshore transportation and installation (T&amp;I)
 </li>
 <li>
 Good knowledge of major offshore T&amp;I codes and standards (e.g., DNV, API)

 </ul>
 
 IT Skills

 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

<div>Primary Purpose of the Job:

To operate the Offshore Production field in a safe and efficient manner ensuring all the activities are conducted with due regard to operational priorities, safety of the personnel and plant and environmental impact. The position having Managerial responsibilities over all personnel working on the facility irrespective of their departmental reporting relationships.
Required Experience and Skills:

Fifteen (15) years broad process / production background, with at least five (5) years as supervisory level in offshore oil and gas process operations. 
Good interpersonal relation and managerial skills to analyze and solve problems onsite within his capacity. Should be able to handle offshore emergencies as an on- site team leader 
HSE Requirements and competencies
Management of Major Emergencies.
Certified T-BOSIET, Tropical Basic Offshore Safety Induction &amp; Emergency Training.
Certified Coxswain to operate TEMPSC, Totally Enclosed Motored Propeller Survival Craft.
First aid training.
Accident and Incident Investigation.
Process Safety management {HazOp}.
Certified Permit to Work, PTW, Level 3.
H2S / BA training
Educational Qualifications:

B. Sc in a relevant Engineering discipline or equivalent.</div>
