 Conduct risk assessments, HAZID / HAZOP reviews and incident investigations; ensure corrective/preventive actions are implemented effectively.

 Implement robust HSE audit and verification programs including regular safety inspections and performance monitoring
 </li>
 <li>
 Promote a proactive safety culture through toolbox talks, training, and awareness campaigns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support project execution teams to ensure safe work practices across lifting, welding, heavy fabrication, offshore loadout, and commissioning activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead emergency response planning, drills, and preparedness exercises for yard operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Mentor, guide, and develop HSE officers and supervisors within the team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide regular HSE reports and performance analysis to Project Management and Corporate Leadership.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications &amp; Experience

 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in commerce or Safety.
 </li>
 <li>
 Certifications such as NEBOSH IGC,

 <li>
 Minimum 5 years of HSE experience
