<li>The on-call firefighter works both inside where there may be protection from weather conditions and outside where there may be no effective protection from the weather.

Residency Requirement: 
To help ensure an adequate response time to emergency calls for service, all on-call firefighters, as a condition of employment, must live within nine (9) minutes of an Elk River fire station. Drive times falling between 8-9 minutes and 9-11 minutes will be manually driven by the fire chief or his/her designee prior to a conditional offer of employment being made to a candidate. Any change of residency during employment will require verification to ensure compliance with the nine (9) minute time requirement. The fire chief reserves the right to assign personnel to any station based on current or future staffing and resource needs.

About the Position
Operating from the amenities floor/Club Level, the Bartender will serve owners and their guests needs by providing exceptional knowledge of wine, spirits, and mixed drinks as well as information regarding preparation methods. In addition, the Bartender is to service as a server as this person will be largely alone while serving the Bar/Lounge, Game Room, Private Dining Room, and Veranda. Main Duties and Responsibilities

About the role
The Steward position works in the kitchen area operating the dishwashing machines and related areas for cleaning china, glass, silverware, pots, pans, and other utensils in the food and beverage areas. They will also be responsible for the cleaning of the kitchen areas, including sweeping and mopping floors, trash removal, and wiping down counter surfaces.
What you will be doing:<ul><li>
Empty and wash garbage cans.</li><li>
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen.</li><li>
Maintain proper storage of dish dollies, glass racks and flatware.</li><li>
Maintain work areas clean and organized.</li><li>
Report all unsafe conditions immediately.</li><li>
Store plates on hot and cold lines for cooks.</li><li>
Wash, organize and inventory china, glassware, silverware, utensils, pots and pans per standards.</li><li>
Assist in dish set up for banquets.</li><li>
Clean and monitor dish machine as needed.</li><li>
Help in setting up lunch buffet and happy hour buffet.</li><li>
Sweep and mop walk in refrigerators, kitchen areas.</li><li>
Understand and provide chemicals and supplies for station.</li><li>
Attend all mandatory meetings.</li></ul><ul><li>
Cover plate dollies and return all carts to storage area.</li><li>
Polish silver and copper.</li><li>
Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor to include cross training.</li></ul>
What are we looking for?
What you bring to the role:<ul><li>
Previous experience in Stewarding</li></ul><ul><li>
Must be conversational in English</li><li>
Ability to stand for 7-8 hours per shift.</li></ul>
