<div>Complete Care Management is seeking an experienced RN MDS Coordinator &ndash; Floater (On-Site) to support multiple skilled nursing facilities throughout the Baltimore, Maryland area. This is a 100% on-site position and not a remote role. The MDS Coordinator Floater will work on location at assigned facilities, providing in-person MDS support as needed.
This position requires daily on-site presence at assigned facilities and is not eligible for remote or hybrid work.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Complete and oversee MDS assessments in accordance with CMS, Medicare, Medicaid, and state regulations</li><li>
Ensure timely and accurate submissions to maximize reimbursement and maintain compliance</li><li>
Support facilities with care area assessments (CAAs), care planning, and interdisciplinary coordination</li><li>
Provide education and guidance to facility staff related to MDS processes and best practices</li><li>
Assist with audits, surveys, and corrective action plans related to MDS and PDPM</li><li>
Collaborate with DONs, Administrators, and Regional Clinical teams</li><li>

Qualifications<ul><li>
RN license in Maryland (required)</li><li>

Responsibilities
