ROLE OVERVIEW and PURPOSE

Under the direction of the Senior Manager-Regional Operations, the Site Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the Neighborhood Healthcare site and programs, ensuring that efficient systems are in place, staff is properly trained, and revenue and cost effectiveness are maximized. The Site Manager implements and evaluates systems within the site that promote quality of care while monitoring cost effectiveness.

RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul>
<li>Collects, organizes, and shares data with appropriate staff for continual quality improvement of operations</li>
<li>Maintains awareness of factors that positively and negatively affect the patient experience, including personnel interactions in the work environment</li>
<li>Directs and motivates stakeholders to take action that consistently deliver high quality patient care and an exceptional patient experience</li>
<li>Monitor site and department expenses to maximize cost effectiveness of operations</li>
<li>Analyzes financial information prepared by Finance and determine reasons for discrepancies for specific line item costs</li>
<li>Conducts performance reviews for direct reports</li>
<li>Provides appropriate counseling and disciplinary action (may be in coordination with HR) in a timely manner; prepares documentation and shares with HR</li>
<li>Implements organization policies and procedures for the site, including requirements of funding sources and grant programs</li>
<li>Monitors site productivity and makes necessary recommendations or changes to increase patient show rate, improve patient flow, maximize provider productivity and monitor redesign implementation and results</li>
<li>Communicates with Clinical Team Leader, Operations Director, and Director of Nursing regularly to resolve scheduling or other site specific problems that affect efficient functioning of site</li>
<li>Responsible for scheduling, agenda preparation and facilitation of monthly site operations meetings, including minutes and follow up items</li>
<li>Ensures site supervisors (if applicable) conduct regular department meetings with site staff and maintain records of agenda, minutes, and attendance</li>
<li>Participates in monthly operations meetings, to review results of audits and tracks specific programs or issues</li>
<li>Participates in supervisory, departmental, and special task forces as appropriate; shares pertinent information with subordinates, support staff, providers, and administration</li>
<li>Tracks and reconciles all encounters for billing department</li>
<li>Monitors daily cash receipts and resolves discrepancies</li>
<li>Manages all support staff alongside site supervisors (if applicable), including hiring, training, and performance management</li>
<li>Ensures departments provide effective and efficient service to all stakeholders including patients and providers</li>
<li>Coordinates with specialty specific coordinators to implement and monitor the effectiveness of specialty services at the specific site</li>
<li>Fosters effective communication and teambuilding among staff to enhance employee and patient satisfaction</li>
<li>Recommends or makes decision to hire, transfer, promote, reward, suspend, discipline or terminate</li>
<li>Assess training needs and promotes developmental activities</li>
<li>Conducts department meetings to promote communication, assess and resolve needs and foster teamwork</li>
<li>Evaluates staff performance against job description criteria and competency assessment and provide guidance and coaching to develop employees to perform at their highest potential</li>
<li>Keeps staff informed of organizational activities and promote mission and goals</li></ul> 


EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or four years&rsquo; experience or equivalent combination of education and experience</li>
<li>Three years&rsquo; supervisory experience required; healthcare setting preferred</li>
<li>Project Leap completion preferred-internal applicants</li>

Pay range: $87,500.00 to $127,700.00 annually, depending on experience and additional qualifications.

COMMUNITY MANAGER
The Community Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager. As a Community Manager, you will manage all phases of the operations, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration &amp; risk management. Environment (HSE):<ul><li>Champion a strong safety culture across all site activities.</li><li>Enforce CHEC's HSE Management Plan, site rules, and UAE regulatory requirements.</li><li>Conduct regular site safety walks, toolbox talks, and participate in HSE audits.</li><li>Ensure all high-risk activities (piling, excavation, crane lifts) have valid permits to work and risk assessments.</li><li>Investigate incidents and near-misses and implement corrective and preventive actions.</li><li>Coordinate with the HSE Manager to maintain zero Lost Time Injury (LTI) targets.</li></ul>Quality Management:<ul><li>Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and ITPs.</li><li>Coordinate with the QA/QC Manager to ensure inspection requests are raised and approved before work proceeds.</li><li>Support the resolution of non-conformance reports (NCRs) and technical queries (TQs).</li><li>Oversee the proper handling, storage, and use of construction materials on site.</li><li>Ensure as-built documentation is maintained and updated regularly.</li></ul>Programme &amp; Progress Management:<ul><li>Work closely with the Planning Manager to track actual progress against the baseline programme.</li><li>Identify schedule risks and propose recovery measures and acceleration plans.</li><li>Prepare and submit daily site reports, weekly progress summaries, and look-ahead plans.</li><li>Participate in monthly progress meetings with DAEP and the supervision consultant.</li></ul>Design &amp; Technical Interface:<ul><li>Liaise with the Design and Engineering team to resolve construction-stage technical issues.</li><li>Review construction drawings and raise RFIs (Requests for Information) where clarification is needed.</li><li>Coordinate temporary works design (shoring, dewatering, formwork) with the temporary works coordinator.</li><li>Interface with the geotechnical team for pile testing, ground investigations, and monitoring.</li></ul>Stakeholder &amp; Client Interface:<ul><li>Represent CHEC on site during client and consultant inspections and walkthroughs.</li><li>Maintain a professional and collaborative relationship with DAEP's resident engineer and supervision team.</li><li>Coordinate with third-party utility authorities and airport stakeholders for access and interface management.</li><li>Support the Project Manager in managing contractual communications related to site issues.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp;
