The ideal candidate will take calls, triage patients&rsquo; symptoms over the phone and, when necessary, make home visits. This nurse will have strong assessment skills and be confident in symptom management. Reliable transportation is required as this is a travel position. Care is provided in patient&rsquo;s private homes and residential facilities throughout Greater Boston and parts of Metrowest.
Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>
