Ensure Safety and Compliance

<li>Understand and follow Federal Fair Housing laws and OSHA safety standards.</li>

Maximize Profit and Home Sales
<ul>
<li>Oversee all community revenue, including rent collection, home sales, and utility billing.</li>
<li>Market available homes and lots through effective advertising and outreach.</li>
<li>Manage the application process&mdash;issuing, reviewing, and approving applications in line with company and Fair Housing guidelines.</li>
<li>Welcome new residents and ensure they understand community rules and expectations.</li>
<li>Collect and deposit rents, and follow up on late payments with professionalism and persistence, keeping detailed notes in Rent Manager.</li>
<li>Read and record utility meters monthly (as applicable).</li>
<li>Identify and grow additional revenue streams, such as parking, storage units, and other community amenities.</li>
<li>Track homes for sale by owners within the community per WGP Property Management procedures.</li>
<li>Manage spending responsibly&mdash;think like an owner by evaluating every purchase: Do we need it? Can we buy smarter or spend less?</li>
<li>Obtain at least three bids for any job over $1,500 and regularly look for ways to reduce recurring costs without sacrificing quality.</li>
</ul>
Manage resident relations
<ul>
<li>Build strong relationships with residents by promoting a positive, respectful community atmosphere.</li>
<li>Plan and coordinate community events such as BBQs, clean-up days, and other engagement activities.</li>
<li>Write and distribute community newsletters to keep residents informed.</li>
<li>Enforce rules fairly and consistently to maintain a safe, pleasant environment.</li>

Optimize Physical Assets
<ul>
<li>Take ownership of your community&rsquo;s appearance &mdash; its reputation starts with how it looks.</li>
<li>Supervise landscaping, maintenance, and contractors to ensure high standards of upkeep.</li>
<li>Lead by example: if something is dirty, clean it; if it&rsquo;s broken, fix it; if it&rsquo;s messy, tidy it up.</li>
<li>Ensure all work is completed safely and that proper protective equipment is used.</li>

This role involves guiding clients through the premises, showcasing all services, handling client queries, maintaining client records, monitoring office operations, and managing social media engagement. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and client-focused, capable of managing multiple responsibilities with precision.Key Responsibilities:1. Client Interaction &amp; Tours:Conduct thorough tours of the premises, including:Meeting Rooms &amp; Skype Rooms &ndash; Explain usage policies, booking procedures, and complimentary hours.Shared Work Areas &amp; Offices &ndash; Highlight workspace amenities and seating arrangements.Cafeteria &ndash; Showcase available refreshments, complimentary tea and coffee.Other Services &ndash; Lockers, key card access, reception services, security, CCTV surveillance, electricity and internet backups, and office support staff availability.Clearly communicate all services offered, including internet and electricity backup, walk-in Skype rooms, office boy support, meeting room hours, and reception assistance.Answer all client questions and clarify service packages.2. Client Records &amp; Follow-Up:Maintain detailed Excel sheets of all visitors, including:NameContact NumberDate &amp; Time of VisitRequirements / InterestsFollow-up actionsMaintain existing member database, including:Packages &amp; plansPayment statusSpecial requests or issuesConduct follow-ups via phone, email, and social media to ensure client satisfaction and encourage sign-ups.3. Office &amp; Operations Oversight:Monitor day-to-day functioning of the office, including:Generator / electricity backup setupStock maintenance (stationery, pantry items, etc.)Office boy duties &ndash; ensure tasks are performed effectivelyRespond promptly to client complaints or issues, such as internet problems or facility concerns.4. Social Media &amp; Community Engagement:Maintain and update Ignition&rsquo;s social media accountsRespond to inquiries, calls, messages, and comments promptly and professionallyPromote events, workshops, and updates to increase community engagement and attract potential clientsRequirements / Skills:Proven experience in community management, client relations, or co-working space operationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized, with attention to detail in record-keeping and follow-upsComfortable handling multiple tasks and coordinating with different teamsProficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM toolsProfessional demeanor and ability to engage with clients effectivelyReporting:Report to the Operations Manager / CEOProvide weekly reports on client visits, inquiries, follow-ups, and office operationsJob Type: Full-timePay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
