Binnen deze complexe BRZO-productielocatie worden hoogwaardige watergedragen acrylaat emulsies vervaardigd voor toepassingen in coatings en adhesives. Als operator speel je een cruciale rol in het reactorproces, de kwaliteitscontrole en het verpakken van het eindproduct. Samen met een team van collega-operators, een teamleider en een coördinator zorg je voor een efficiënt en veilig verloop van het proces. De werkzaamheden vinden plaats in een moderne plantomgeving met zowel centrale bediening als werk direct aan de installatie. Verantwoordelijkheden • Bedienen en bijsturen van het polymerisatieproces volgens voorschriften en recepturen • Handmatig doseren van vloeibare en vaste grondstoffen in de reactor • Controleren van ordergegevens en beschikbaarheid van grondstoffen • Nemen van in-proces monsters voor kwaliteitscontrole • Opslaan van batches en aan-/afkoppelen van slangen voor verdere verwerking • Instellen en reinigen van verpakkingslijnen bij productwissels • Aansturen en bewaken van het verpakkingsproces, inclusief bijsturing bij afwijkingen • Verrichten van inspecties en eerstelijns onderhoud aan installaties • Oplossen van eenvoudige technische storingen en ondersteunen van technische dienst • Registreren van productie- en procesgegevens en zorgen voor goede ploegoverdracht • Handhaven van HSEQ-standaarden en actief deelnemen aan veiligheidstrainingen Over het bedrijf Covestro is een wereldwijd toonaangevend bedrijf in de productie van hoogwaardige polymeren en de ontwikkeling van innovatieve oplossingen voor een breed scala aan industrieën.
