How you will help people every day:
<ul><li>You will perform and document patient care using the individualized care plans as a guide. Bathing and all activities of daily living related care, such as skin care, preventative and supportive care, routine morning and e 1.vening mouth care, shaving, and dressing.</li>
<li>You will perform and document nutritional intake, blood pressure, TPRs, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation.</li>
<li>You will support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative and recreational therapies by positively encouraging and promoting continued well-being.</li>
<li>You will observe and report, as necessary, significant changes in routine or condition as appropriate to your nursing team</li>

Bronson Methodist Hospital is seeking to hire a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join the ENT division, which presently consists of four board certified physicians and five advanced practice providers. This is a full-service practice utilizing the latest technologies to treat a broad range of head and neck conditions in both adult and pediatric patients. The practice is a regional referral center based in Kalamazoo with regional office and surgery at our community hospitals located 20 miles from the flagship hospital.
The Physician Assistant will participate in the evaluation and management of clinical patients, including new, follow-up, and acute appointments, assist surgeons in the operating room, and participate in inpatient rounding and care coordination as needed.

Master's degree (MSN or MS in Nursing) and 2 years of recent clinical experience related to area of practice required</li><li>

The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania is currently seeking a full time Clinical Nurse in the Operating Room . Both new to practice and experienced nurses may be considered for the Gateway to the OR program. Starting July 20th, 2026
The Gateway to the OR Program serves as a 6-month orientation to build competent and successful Perioperative Nurses by using basic didactic education that offers the rationale and theory required to provide safe perioperative patient care. The comprehensive curriculum is designed to provide a more efficient and consistent education to improve the development of new-to-practice nurses and nurses with limited OR experience. 
During this program, nurses learn the fundamental principles of operating room nursing through both formalized classroom instruction and clinical experience with a preceptor. At the completion of the program, nurses become key members of the operating room team at one of the most respected hospitals in the country.
The program consists of 5 weeks of classroom and skills lab instruction and 12 to 16 weeks of structured clinical experiences in each of the 12 specialty areas. Through lecture, discussion, self-learning modules and clinical experience, nurses develop core competencies in:<ul><li>
Pre-operative assessments</li><li>
Basic operating room case prep skills</li><li>
Creation and maintenance of sterile fields</li><li>
Intra-operative documentation</li><li>
Intra-operative scrub and circulating duties</li><li>
Correct processing of specimens</li><li>
Positioning of patients and equipment</li><li>
Safe care and handling of surgical instruments</li></ul>

The Clinical Nurse 2 Colleague independently provides patient care through the application of the nursing process and accepts accountability for the nursing care of assigned patients.
