The ORR Technology Manager is responsible for directly managing a team of Lead Analyst(s) and Analyst(s), including overseeing review activities, timely completion of planned reviews, conducting performance management, and overall staff development. The Manager leads and oversees projects and activities to confirm compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and applicable laws and regulations related to technology, business resiliency, data governance, cyber, systems, artificial intelligence (AI), and information security.  Prepare and analyze enterprise and operational risk assessment reports (quantitatively and qualitatively) in accordance with approved frameworks, ensuring accurate classification and appropriate recommendations.

 Contribute to the development and monitoring of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support regular tracking and continuous improvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review the implementation of Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) across organizational units, document deviations, and ensure compliance with established procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in conducting emergency response tests and business continuity drills, documenting operational results to evaluate the effectiveness of plans.
