We are seeking a proactive and experienced OSRC Flight Test &amp; Build Operations Specialist to support multiple sites, including Atlanta, GA; Hawthorne, CA; El Segundo, CA; Spaceport America, NM; Jacksonville, FL; and additional deployed operations locations as required. This role will play a key part in supporting flight test and aircraft manufacturing activities while maintaining safety, compliance, and operational excellence. The position includes up to 50% travel to deployed test and manufacturing sites.

<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Responsibilities:</h3><div>
<ul><li>Support flight test and manufacturing operations, including on-site deployed locations, to ensure safe and compliant execution of activities.</li>
<li>Conduct routine inspections, audits, and risk assessments across manufacturing and flight test sites to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.</li>
<li>Develop, implement, and maintain safety programs, policies, and procedures relevant to flight test, deployed operations, and manufacturing activities.</li>
<li>Investigate incidents, near-misses, and safety concerns; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.</li>
<li>Maintain environmental compliance, including chemical management, waste handling, and reporting requirements.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Manufacturing, Flight Test, and Operations teams to provide proactive support for in-person operations at both corporate and deployed sites.</li>

<li>Assist with emergency response planning, drills, and deployed operations contingencies.</li>

<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Environmental Health &amp; Safety, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or a related field.</li>

<li>Knowledge of federal, state, and local safety and environmental regulations, including OSHA and EPA standards.</li>

<li>Experience conducting risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations in technical or operational settings.</li>
<li>Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% to support deployed flight test and manufacturing operations.</li>
