Ensure the safety of all operations and maintenance personnel by utilizing the APQ Basic Safety Practice program, which includes Safety Work Permits, LOTO, Confined Space, etc. The position facilitates planning, organizing, auditing, and follow-up, to build the Air Products safety culture into the APQ. Meet the customer&rsquo;s satisfaction on safety, reliability, product quality, and flexibility on product supply.</li><li>
Responsible for performing all tasks assigned in a safe and responsible manner in accordance with the established operating procedures and written or oral instructions from Superintendent.</li><li>
Ensure that maintenance notifications in SAP are carried out correctly. Verify SAP notification on field and approved with basic data i.e. functional location, malfunction description, damage code, priority, and hazard information.</li><li>
Participate in pre-work visits with Maintenance and Contractors to identify risk activities.</li><li>
Ensure each work permit related documents are prepared and handed over to the team.</li><li>
Participate in preparing maintenance or process shutdowns and turnarounds i.e. scope of works, prioritization of notifications (define consequences of malfunctions in terms of sector availability).</li><li>
Participate in area daily meeting and share the maintenance plan with team to ensure all equipment&rsquo;s are prepared for scheduled maintenance works (corrective and preventive).</li><li>
Participate in maintenance plan daily meetings with the Maintenance Leader and Planners to analyze daily notifications, and to contribute to the updating of the weekly maintenance schedule.</li><li>
Ensure equipment&rsquo;s readiness for maintenance activity and after completion back to operations.</li><li>
Manage and organize regular equipment testing and routine preventive Maintenance.</li><li>

Skills:<ul><li>Strong hands-on experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and reliability management of bakery and industrial production equipment, including mixers, ovens, packaging machinery, conveyors, HVAC systems, boilers, compressors, and refrigeration utilities.</li><li>Sound knowledge of preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance practices.</li><li>Experience with PLCs, automation systems, motor controls, instrumentation, and electrical systems.</li><li>Strong understanding of spare parts planning, inventory control, and maintenance budgeting.</li><li>Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, food safety standards, and Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures.</li><li>Ability to analyze equipment performance, identify root causes of failures, and implement corrective actions.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management systems.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.</li><li>Ability to lead maintenance operations while ensuring maximum equipment reliability and minimum production downtime.</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and supervise day-to-day maintenance operations of production lines, utilities, and facility equipment.</li><li>Ensure maximum equipment availability and reliability through effective maintenance planning and execution.</li><li>Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize breakdowns and production interruptions.</li><li>Diagnose complex technical issues and coordinate timely corrective actions.</li><li>Monitor and improve the performance of utility systems, including HVAC, boilers, compressors, refrigeration units, generators, and electrical distribution systems.</li><li>Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, food safety standards, occupational safety requirements, and LOTO procedures.</li><li>Manage maintenance records, equipment history, work orders, and spare parts inventory.</li><li>Coordinate closely with Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to support uninterrupted plant operations.</li><li>Lead, coach, and develop maintenance engineers, supervisors, technicians, and support staff.</li><li>Analyze maintenance KPIs, downtime trends, and equipment reliability data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Assist in maintenance budgeting, cost control, vendor management, and procurement of spare parts and services.</li><li>Support installation, commissioning, and improvement projects related to plant equipment and utilities.</li><li>Ensure effective resource utilization and adherence to maintenance schedules.</li><li>Perform any other task assigned by the Plant Manager or Head of Engineering.</li></ul>About Us: We are a progressive food manufacturing company committed to producing high-quality bakery and food products through advanced technology, efficient operations, and skilled professionals.
