Position Overview

Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in a field related to essential duties; or Associates Degree and 2 years of relevant experience; or High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 4 years of relevant experience.</li><li>
2 years of experience as business analyst supporting processes in systems such as SAP, Oracle, or other ERP.</li><li>
Experience as an analyst in an operations, supply chain, and/or manufacturing environment.</li><li>
Experience implementing existing business processes and systems during mergers and acquisitions.</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to perform the Essential Duties of the position with or without accommodation.</li><li>

Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Computer Science or Management Information Systems.</li><li>
Experience in a biotech/life sciences manufacturing environment; preferably in a cGMP, ISO 13485, and/or CLIA environment.</li><li>
Experience at a company with Computer Systems Validation processes in place or equivalent best practices and of change control as it relates to application systems.</li><li>
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification</li><li>
Experience with SAP Fiori apps as a business user or in technical support role.</li></ul>

Salary Range:
$76,000.00 - $125,000.00 

The annual base salary shown is for this position located in US - WI - Madison on a full-time basis. In addition, this position is bonus eligible.
