What is Expert Data Center Infra Operations?
Expert Data Center Infra Operations role is reporting to Manager DCIO. In this position, you will be playing a vital role in managing Operation, optimization &amp; modernization Projects at Data Centers and Core network sites. Expert DCIO will be collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including Technology, SCM, CRA, Enterprise and Customers etc. for smooth Operations and timely implementation of ongoing Projects.
This role has a special focus on KPI management, Opex reduction, Energy optimization, and Operational Excellence.
What does Expert Data Center Infra Operations do?<ul>

Data Center passive Ifra KPI assurance including availability.</li>
<li>Maintaining DG, ATS, UPS, Rectifiers, Batteries, FDSS &amp; Precision Cooling systems O&amp;M while assuring SLA with FLM partners.</li>
<li>PUE optimization, Energy and cost reduction initiatives planning and implementation.</li>
<li>Operational Excellence approach to improve systems &amp; processes.</li>
<li>Assurance of ISO 27001 Physical security &amp; TIA-942 guidelines at certified sites and preparing legacy sites for its certification.</li>
<li>Data Center Infra performance monitoring &amp; analysis through DCIM &amp; other Tools.</li>
<li>Effective utilization of white space within Data Centers according to Industrial standards.</li>
<li>Power &amp; cooling systems utilization analysis and expansion forecasting along with EOL cycle management.</li>
<li>Conducting regular performance review meetings with FLM Business partners.
</li><li>Conducting JVs and submitting feedback as per agreed process for new equipment installation, Infrastructure expansion, Audits and for external Customers.</li>

Bachelor&rsquo;s in (Electrical/Electronics/Power Systems) from a reputable University.</li>
<li>5+ Year of experience in ICT Passive Infrastructure.</li>
<li>In depth knowledge of TIA-942 Rated III &amp; Uptime Tier III standards.
