<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">Function: To supervise and assist 2nd shift warehouse personnel to receive late arriving orders, make sure all trucks are loaded for the next morning runs, pull and load transfer trucks for overnight delivery to branches.</h2>
<div>Principal Duties and Responsibilities:</div>
<ul><li>Supervise and assist 2nd shift warehouse staff to ensure ALL regular delivery trucks are loaded for the next day, except for the 2 trucks used for night transfers, and nightly transfer runs are loaded on those trucks and ready for pick up.</li>
<li>Get any late-arriving material received and distributed for delivery or pickup.</li>
<li>Meet with the dispatcher to get an update on what needs to be done to complete the process for first run next morning deliveries, and in what order each truck is to be loaded.</li>
<li>Make sure each order pulled by the 2nd shift has been checked and that ALL parts of EACH order on EACH truck are correct and loaded.</li>
<li>When all trucks are correctly loaded, and all transfers are ready for night delivery, get all receive caught up, and if available, pull 2nd runs for next day.</li>
<li>Be responsible for locking up, securing the building, and having everything ready for the next day&rsquo;s operations.</li>
<li>Put items transferred in from branches in the holding area, and receive and distribute for delivery or put in stock.</li>
<li>Communicate any challenges discovered that the dispatcher and transfer coordinator need to be made aware of.</li>
<li>Keep safety in mind in all 2nd shift operations.</li>
<li>Sets an example for other associates to avoid idle conversations and other distractions and to be constantly looking for ways to provide value for the business.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned, and use time wisely.</li>

As the Alarm Monitoring Supervisor, you will:

 The
 
 Gatekeeper
 
 is responsible for transporting finished pallets from the production line to the Lantech Machines utilizing an electric pallet jack, hand jack or forklift. The Finished Goods Processor will audit pallets for proper labeling, check pallet quantity and check the WR (work receipt) transactions for accuracy. All information for both areas must then be entered into the computer system using Vo-Collect or green screen (manual production reporting) in PRMS computer system. The finished goods gatekeeper will be required to learn all aspects of the job to include start-up of shift paperwork and end of shift reconciliation paperwork.
 
 
 The Gatekeeper will support the Raw Gatekeeping in the receiving department. That function requires the transfer of raw product in the system (PRMS) for Production to use in proper rotation by using the IN9850 raw inventory report to direct the flow of raw product up on the lines by the Line feeder.

To learn more, please visit www.mccormickcorporation.com.As a company recognized for exceptional commitment to employees, McCormick offers a wide variety of benefits, programs and services including, but not limited to, tuition assistance, medical, dental, vision, disability, group life, 401(k), profit sharing, paid holidays, paid sick days and paid vacation days.POSITION OVERVIEWThe Quality Systems Specialist manages and maintains processes and systems necessary for compliance to all applicable product safety regulations and the maintenance of the SQF Level 3 certification through performance of hazard analysis for product safety and quality on raw materials, intermediates and finished products, annual reviews, internal auditing, detailed interaction with the operations team and broader organization, and microbiological monitoring programs (including the sampling of the environment, raw materials, intermediates and finished products to include the delineation of testing requirements and interpretation of all associated data to meet FONA International and customer requirements.)RESPONSIBILITIESFood Safety<ul><li>Ongoing maintenance of the Food Safety Systems including HACCP plans, Quality plans, prerequisite programs, microbiological and allergen monitoring programs, critical control point and critical quality point oversight.</li><li>Review and revision of FONA Product Safety &amp; Quality Policies and Procedures, including microbiology sampling protocols and allergen management programs to meet changes in customer requirements or regulations.</li><li>Generate Certificates of Analysis to meet all customer requirements in a timely and precise manner.</li><li>Tracking, trending, and reacting to results as applicable.</li><li>Maintenance of all scientific support used to supplement the food safety and quality systems.</li><li>Investigation and root cause analysis to include problem solving activities with other departments within the organization as appropriate.</li><li>Coordination with operations to conduct preoperational inspections and sampling.</li><li>Generation of key performance indicator data on a regular basis.</li></ul>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Bachelors Degree</li></ul>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Previous food manufacturing experience</li><li>HACCP Certification</li></ul>McCormick &amp; Company is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
