Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree with a concentration in Hospitality, Real Estate and/or Finance</li><li>
Experience and/or course workload must consist of Excel and financial modeling</li><li>
Relevant work/internship experience with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in Hospitality, Real Estate, Finance, or other applicable areas</li><li>
Basic knowledge of hospitality real estate markets, including operations, debt/equity structures and exhibits familiarity with real estate terminology</li><li>
