Assistant Manager Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>

Ensure staff are well versed in Big City Optical&rsquo;s value proposition and are comfortable communicating and evangelizing it with clients.</li><li>
Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs and specifications.</li><li>
Proactively listen to clients and look for opportunities to exceed their expectations.</li><li>
Assist clients with frame selection.</li><li>
Educate on lens options.</li><li>
Ensure the store operations adhere to the company&rsquo;s policies and guidelines.</li><li>
Participate in off hours inventory count work as needed.</li><li>
Create reports, analyze, and interpret retail data to assist the General Manager with District Reporting</li><li>
Process payments and maintain order and patient care systems as required.</li><li>

Requirements:

Assistant Manager Requirements and Qualifications<ul><li>
High School diploma or equivalent experience</li><li>
Experience in retail service or sales</li><li>
Excellent customer service</li><li>
 Proficiency in office productivity technologies (Microsoft, G-Suite etc.) and the ability to learn and use new technologies for day-today patient and business transactions.</li><li>
Ability to effectively train and motivate sales associates.</li><li>
Excellent organizational, collaboration, problem-solving, project management and communication skills</li><li>
Ability to stay on top of industry trends.</li><li>
Adhere to company policies on attendance, dress code and workplace safety.
