Report all changes in the residents&rsquo; condition to the Health and Wellness Director as soon as practical.</li><li>
Record all entries on notes, SPAs, and incident reports, etc., in an informative, descriptive manner.</li><li>
Report on all accidents and incidents you observe on the shift that they occur to the Executive Director and Health and Wellness Director.</li><li>
Agree not to disclose resident&rsquo;s protected health information and promptly report suspected or known violations of such disclosure to the Executive Director.</li><li>
