$16.90 - $24.90
The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual, quarterly performance, or premiums may be paid in amounts ranging per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
Keep the front floor area stocked, fronted, and clean; stock merchandise according to planograms or displays; complete sales preparation; and greet customers on the sales floor. May also serve as stock puller for installer area in large installer volume stores.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Greet customers on the sales floor and assist them in location of merchandise or direct them to a parts specialist if hard parts are needed
Check in, price, and put up stock.
Keep merchandise on the display floor fronted, full, and clean on a daily basis.
Make display changes according to company guidelines, planograms, etc.
Make all out-front price changes.
Make sure all &quot;sale&quot; signs are in place, sales flyer rack is stocked, and maintain sufficient quantities of sale merchandise on display.
Remove all sale material when sale ends and restore original pricing.
Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns.
Work with manager to complete store To Do List and Team Weekly tasks. Act as main shoplifting deterrent/front floor security.
Assist with O&rsquo;Reilly Image Maker responsibilities.
Clock in/out according to company policy.
Working with ISS, pull and stage installer deliveries for delivery specialist.
Communication liaison between ISS, delivery specialists and store manager.
Assist with determining most efficient and safest routes for delivery specialists.
Coordinate and ensure completion of quarterly vehicle inspections and maintenance with ISS and delivery specialists.
Housekeeping duties for back room and installer counter areas. 
May serve as HUB Store Order Puller &ndash; Pulling parts quickly and accurately from pick tickets and prepare for delivery to stores serviced by the Hub store. Duties may include, but not limited to:
Receive orders form area stores to be pulled and shipped by delivery out of the Hub store.
Pull parts quickly and accurately as listed on the Stock Transfer ticket.
Sort parts by store location and place in tub to be delivered.
Inspect any boxes that are torn or old to ensure part is in good condition.
Keep a clean, safe work area.
Operate in a safe manner for the benefit of self and others. Maintain a watchful eye for unsafe practices and situations.
SKILLS/EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/ABILITIES<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">

Responsible for performing general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list, moving merchandise from sales floor to staging area, using handheld scanner to verify merchandise counts and update merchandise locations, and operating equipment. Omni Experience Ambassador will be working within all digital initiatives including: BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club.
4pm-10pm any availability weekdays but must be available to work weekends.

</li></ul>Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
<ul><li>Processes member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list. Utilizes a handheld scanner device (RF) device to pick orders from the sales floor. Uses handheld scanner device (RF) to verify merchandise. Moves merchandise from sales floor to staging area.
</li><li>Communicates problems with inventory and/or equipment and communicates expired or short-dated items included on pick list.
</li><li>Communicates with club team when merchandise needs to be replenished.
</li><li>Works with team to have merchandise pulled from reserve area, when possible, to avoid sales floor replenishment.
</li><li>Ensures all orders are picked in a timely manner to meet all productivity requirements.
</li><li>Works with a high level of urgency to ensure deadlines are met up to and including key performance indicators based on individual performance.
</li><li>Follows operational efficiencies, processes and productivity standards with adherence to established SOP for BOPIC, Curbside and Ship from Club.
</li><li>Takes responsibility for individual performance and works with club leadership on individual performance when metrics are not met.
</li><li>Securely packages the order in accordance with standard operating procedures.
</li><li>Ensures the SFC area is neat, clean, and organized. Performs general housekeeping duties, including removing trash and cardboard from the work area. Handles damaged goods and spoiled products in accordance with standard operating procedures.

<ul><li>Most of the time is spent moving about continuously on hard surfaces. There may be a need to frequently position oneself to examine and/or scan merchandise, including bending, climbing, crawling, handling, pulling, reaching, and stooping.
</li><li>Continuously requires lifting objects up to 30 pounds. May require lifting and moving heavy and/or awkward objects more than 30 pounds with assistance.
</li><li>Usually in a comfortable environment surrounded by moving machinery and/or loud equipment. There may be exposure to temperature extremes at time to pull refrigerated orders.

At BJ&rsquo;s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is starting from $16.00.</div>

<div>Keep the front floor area stocked, fronted, and clean; stock merchandise according to planograms or displays; complete sales preparation; and greet customers on the sales floor. May also serve as stock puller for installer area in large installer volume stores.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Greet customers on the sales floor and assist them in location of merchandise or direct them to a parts specialist if hard parts are needed
Check in, price, and put up stock.
Keep merchandise on the display floor fronted, full, and clean on a daily basis.
Make display changes according to company guidelines, planograms, etc.
Make all out-front price changes.
Make sure all &quot;sale&quot; signs are in place, sales flyer rack is stocked, and maintain sufficient quantities of sale merchandise on display.
Remove all sale material when sale ends and restore original pricing.
Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns.
Work with manager to complete store To Do List and Team Weekly tasks. Act as main shoplifting deterrent/front floor security.
Assist with O&rsquo;Reilly Image Maker responsibilities.
Clock in/out according to company policy.
Working with ISS, pull and stage installer deliveries for delivery specialist.
Communication liaison between ISS, delivery specialists and store manager.
Assist with determining most efficient and safest routes for delivery specialists.
Coordinate and ensure completion of quarterly vehicle inspections and maintenance with ISS and delivery specialists.
Housekeeping duties for back room and installer counter areas. 
May serve as HUB Store Order Puller &ndash; Pulling parts quickly and accurately from pick tickets and prepare for delivery to stores serviced by the Hub store. Duties may include, but not limited to:
Receive orders form area stores to be pulled and shipped by delivery out of the Hub store.
Pull parts quickly and accurately as listed on the Stock Transfer ticket.
Sort parts by store location and place in tub to be delivered.
Inspect any boxes that are torn or old to ensure part is in good condition.
Keep a clean, safe work area.
Operate in a safe manner for the benefit of self and others. Maintain a watchful eye for unsafe practices and situations.
