  Responsibilities

  &bull; Act as the main point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related matters, providing guidance and support on policies, procedures, and employee concerns.

  &bull; Partner with department heads to understand business needs and provide strategic people solutions that support organizational goals.
 </p>

  &bull; Lead and support the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, engagement, performance management, development, retention, and offboarding.

  Qualifications
 </p>

  &bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  &bull; 2&ndash;3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in an HRBP, People Partner, or HR Generalist role.
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Strong understanding of employee relations, performance management, labor law, and HR operations.
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and problem-solving ability.
 </p>

  &bull; Experience with HR systems and reporting tools is preferred.
