The Opportunity

This is not a closing role. 

This is not a strategy role. 

This is a high-output execution role designed for someone who wants to earn their place in sales. 
As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in growing APB's pipeline by sourcing and qualifying new leads through outbound prospecting and event-based calling campaigns. Your work will directly support the sales engine by ensuring our team has a steady flow of clean, qualified opportunities. 
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable with outbound outreach, thrives in a structured environment, and wants a clear path into a future Junior Sales Representative position. 
Key Responsibilities

Outbound Prospecting
<ul>
<li>Identify and prospect new residential building and renovation companies</li>
<li>Source new companies not already in the CRM</li>
<li>Conduct outbound calls to business owners and decision-makers using approved scripts</li>
<li>Qualify and add new Marketing Qualified Records (MQRs) into the CRM</li>
<li>Ensure all leads meet APB's target market and data quality standards</li>
</ul>
Lead Qualification

To count as a qualified record, each new MQR must meet all required criteria:

<li>Operates in new homes or renovations</li>
<li>Has an active website</li>
<li>Is new to the CRM</li>
<li>Includes a direct work email address</li>
<li>No generic inboxes such as info@, admin@, or sales@</li>
<li>Is not sourced via connected accounts</li>
<li>Meets APB's qualification and data quality standards</li>
</ul>
Event-Based Calling Campaigns
<ul>
<li>Execute outbound calling campaigns to support APB events</li>
<li>Drive qualified registrations for webinars, workshops, and other events</li>
<li>Follow campaign timelines, scripts, and outreach processes</li>
<li>Support priority event campaigns as part of core role expectations</li>
</ul>
CRM &amp; Process Discipline
<ul>
<li>Maintain clean, accurate, and timely CRM records</li>
<li>Follow all calling, compliance, and system usage guidelines</li>
<li>Use company tools, reporting systems, and workflows consistently</li>
<li>Work from approved scripts, lists, and campaign briefs provided by APB</li>
</ul>
Performance Expectations

This is an output-driven role with clear expectations:

<li>Contact 1,500 companies per month</li>
<li>Add 150 new qualified MQRs per month</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and reliable CRM data</li>
<li>Follow all outreach, compliance, and reporting standards</li>
