 The 988/Helpline Outbound Supervisor supports NAMI Chicago&rsquo;s mission by directly supervising 988/HL Outbound shifts and the specialists who are supporting individuals. The NAMI Chicago Helpline and 988 Lifeline Crisis Center Outbound Program provides follow-up crisis intervention, emotional support, information, and resource referrals to people living with mental health conditions, their family members and caregivers, mental health providers, and the public following an initial contact with either call center. The 988/HL Outbound Supervisor provides oversight and live coaching to the specialists. In addition, the Supervisor provides support, assistance, and resources to individuals contacting 988 or the Helpline through phone call, text message, chat, and email as needed. This work centers on listening, supporting everyone&rsquo;s needs and advocating on their behalf as necessary. This role requires strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to remain composed under pressure while multitasking across various platforms and tasks.

<li>Supervise and extensive/complex department in Logistics/SCM within IPST and on-site.</li>
<li>Support technical design, implementation and sustainment of new concepts, procedures and processes.</li>
<li>Assure all logistical warehouse operations function in the plant according to prescribed standard.</li>

Principal activities:</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Define and implement benchmark level Logistics systems, procedures, job standardization and training of both direct and indirect Logistics personnel.</li>
<li>Participate and support in all activities in regards to development projects, Series and Plant Site Strategy as required.</li>
<li>Active Team participation in all company activities and programs (Safety &amp; Security, Quality, Continuous Improvement, Training, Human Resources, 5S and Environment, etc.) which apply according to the proper activities of the position.</li>
<li>Monitor cost development/assure compliance with predetermined budgets/overheads/BDE time determinations and characteristics; implement corrective actions as needed, in cooperation with supervisor.</li>
<li>Daily operational support and leadership of on-site/off-site inbound receiving and outbound logistics processes.</li>
<li>Key interface for Logistics daily operational KPI metrics tracking and reporting</li>
<li>Assure on-time delivery compliance both internal and external, inbound and outbound flow.</li>
<li>Assure Team 100% compliance with all DAA and DRX approved processes and procedures.</li>
<li>Support the strategic planning of the department/unit by breaking down or developing the strategic planning for the group, within a short or medium-range time frame</li>
<li>Plan and administer the budget in his/her area of responsibility, in cooperation with the supervisor, and make sure there is compliance with it</li>
<li>Cooperate in personnel planning within his/her area of responsibility in cooperation with the supervisor; employ qualified personnel</li>
<li>Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to associates that report to him/her; make personnel decisions in cooperation with the HR department and the supervisor</li>
<li>Break down and prioritize group goals for associates</li>
<li>Administer and assure all logistical functions in the plant (e.g. warehouse administration, materials management, transport, etc.), implement actions for deviations as required</li>
<li>Implement logistics and SCM guidelines, processes and systems and assure they are followed</li>
<li>Assure planning and control of the material demand and of the detailed production program, in order to assure supply with all necessary materials and components</li>
<li>Assure material availability/transport logistics and the agreed supply reliability to internal and/or external customers</li>
<li>Ensures the material flow through the plant and warehousing area (HOST, Quick prot)</li>
<li>Plan and coordinate all Inventory related actions</li></ul><br>

Job Requirements:</b></div>

<li>Associate Degree or equivalent work experience.</li>
<li>3 to 5 years of Automotive or related manufacturing logistics environment.</li>
<li>3 to 5 years of experience in quick decisions ensuring continuity of material flow.</li>

<p>
The purpose of the Office Associate is to accurately enter information into SECO&rsquo;s and our customers&rsquo; systems, telecommunication activities, and support internal and external customers.</p><p><b>
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: </b>Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.</p><ul><li>
Accurately update inbound load information into multiple systems for inbound shipments.</li><li>
Update completed inbound loads within multiple systems. Shortages, overages, damages, and other information should be properly notated and updated.</li><li>
Entering and tendering outbound loads into multiple systems. Partially loaded outbound trailers are to be updated as well.</li><li>
Maintain reports and spreadsheets throughout the day and submit them internally and to the customers, if required.</li><li>
Promptly and courteously answer phone calls, assist caller, and transfer calls to the appropriate party or department.</li><li>
Reporting findings and general notes on daily processes to their manager/supervisor.</li><li>
Report any malfunctioning equipment or programs to their manager/supervisor.</li></ul><p>
 <b>Working Conditions</b></p><ul><li>
Ability to sit and type at a computer station for long periods of time.</li><li>
Ability to operate/use call center style telephone.</li><li>
Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.</li><li>
Ability to work in fast paced environment.</li><li><b>
Shift: Second Shift: 4:00 pm - 1:00 am or until; Monday through Friday</b></li></ul><p>
Must be able to execute all the above functions and meet all the above demands safely, posing no threat to themselves or those around them while doing so, and must willingly comply with applicable safety regulations in the completion of all work.</p>
Requirements:
<ul><li>0 - 2 years of experience in freight consolidation and/or shipping and receiving environment, or related field is desired.</li><li>
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.</li><li>
Must be detail oriented and accurate along with the ability to multi-task.</li><li>
Must be able to demonstrate basic typing and computer skills. These should include checking and sending emails, ability to use Microsoft Excel and Word, answering and transferring phone calls, electronic document filing, and office machine operation.</li><li>
Familiarity with AS400 and PC applications.</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>
Must be able to work in a team environment and support other team members.</li><li>
Takes pride in doing good work, has a positive attitude, and promotes SECO&rsquo;s fundamentals.</li><li>
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently and effectively.</li></ul><p><b>
