<li>Work closely with Sales and RevOps to align on ICPs, personas, and target accounts, define inbound versus outbound handover rules, improve MQL-to-SQL conversion quality, strengthen attribution, enhance pipeline visibility, and normalize cost per MQL and SQL.</li>
<li>Own the outbound tooling and engagement stack, including CRM, sales engagement, enrichment, and intent data platforms, while leveraging AI and automation to scale personalization, accelerate research and copy development, and improve campaign efficiency without compromising quality.</li>
<li>Define and track outbound performance through clear KPIs such as conversion rates, cost per MQL and SQL, pipeline influenced, and campaign ROI, delivering leadership-ready dashboards and insights to guide prioritization, optimization, and investment decisions.</li>
