Job Summary and Qualifications</h5>
The role of the Hospital Outreach Sales Director is to develop, align, and retain referrals from market physicians and referring hospitals for primary service lines. This position will facilitate the retention of physician relationships, referring hospital relationships and community relationships.

You will be responsible for the growth of new service line business while serving as an extension of hospital leadership</li><li>

<div>The Archdiocese of Chicago, the third largest in the United States, serves more than 2.2 million Catholics in 216 parishes in Cook County and Lake County, a geographic area of 1,411 square miles. The Clinical Coordinator reports to the Director of Assistance Ministry and supports the Director by overseeing therapeutic services for Victims-Survivors of misconduct by church personnel and their families.

Responsibilities listed are not limited to other duties assigned:

<li>Design and develop a manner in which to evaluate the outreach (i.e., psychological and spiritual) services offered to clients of the Office of Assistance Ministry.</li>
<li>Monitor therapeutic outreach to individual clients of the office.</li>
<li>Maintain professional relationships with treating therapists.</li>
<li>Send necessary forms and documentation to treating therapists. Explain billing and payment procedures. Review submitted paperwork from therapists and verify licensing, etc.</li>
<li>Receive therapeutic treatment reports from treating therapists on individual cases, when required.</li>
<li>Attend appropriate meetings with archdiocesan leadership on individual cases, if needed and requested.</li>
<li>Consult and collaborate with the Director of Assistance Ministry on specific cases and treatment recommendations.</li>
<li>With the Director, oversee clinical services for victim-survivors and their family members.</li>
<li>Documentation and data entry.</li>
<li>Research available resources for diverse, effective additional services when needed.</li>
<li>Keep up with current modalities related to sexual abuse trauma.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Master&rsquo;s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years' experience in victim center trauma informed therapy</li>
<li>Licensed through State Licensing Board of Illinois</li>
<li>Strong writing and documentation skills</li>

This position has an hourly range of $51.44-$64.30. An employee&rsquo;s pay within the hourly range will be based on many factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and organizational needs.</div>
