Performs difficult skilled work in the regular operation of a hooklift/rolloff truck and tractor with dump trailer combination in the disposal of solids from the Lynchburg Regional Wastewater Treatment Facility. Work is performed under general supervision of shift supervisor. Supervision may be exercised over other drivers/operators. Work is performed in various weather conditions ranging from extreme heat to extreme cold.

At least 10 years experience as a plant or maintenance supervisor. Technical ability to troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC systems along with their associated components. Be able to read MEP drawings. Capable of understanding and operating15Kv and 5Kv distribution systems. Must be available on a 24-hour basis in case of equipment failure. Must be able to train operators on equipment operation and safety.</p><p>

Knowledge of Heating, Cooling, Power Distribution, and Refrigeration Equipment,
</li><li>Knowledge of Building Automation Computer Systems is a must.

Ability to work with computer software such as Word, Excel, etc.</li><li>
Familiarity with Preventative Maintenance programs</li><li>
Experience with scheduling and payroll systems</li><li>

Must have good equilibrium and sense of balance for working on catwalks and other mechanical spaces</li></ul><ul><li>
Ability to work outside in weather extremes including high temperatures during a Texas summer</li><li>
Ability to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, and kneeling</li><li>
Ability to push and pull objects or materials weighing up to 100 lbs</li><li>
Ability to climb stairs and ladders, working at heights up to approximately 30 feet for extended periods, with the ability to reach, often overhead</li><li>
Ability to grasp, lift, or carry items weighing up to 50 lbs, occasionally waist high</li></ul><p>
